Reserved a room for one night with two friends. They had a 3 bed configuration available and were reasonably priced at just over $65.00/night plus tax. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz at this price. I stay in budget motels/hotels frequently. This was, without question, the worst room I’ve ever had. The room was *filthy*. The shower had clearly not been cleaned in quite a long time. The nightstands had a buildup of dirt and dust, as though they hadn’t been so much as wiped in several stays. There was one towel in the room for three adults. I let them know we would have three adults at the time I made the reservation. There were two rolls of toilet paper, one was open and sitting on the back of the toilet. One wrapped and on the counter by the sink in the room. The open roll looked as though it had been there quite some time. The toilet tank was stained with something that resembled a blood stain. See photos. There was no WiFi available. There was a network for the conference center/meeting space on the property, but we weren’t provided with instructions for accessing it. The signal strength was incredibly low anyway, so it is likely it wouldn’t have worked regardless, though I wasn’t able to try or test it. The room had two queen beds in the main area, and another bedroom with a door. This extra room also contained a queen bed. The room had two A/C units. The A/C in the extra room was not functional when I was there. It appeared that someone had been doing electrical work at some point and had given up. While the A/C in the main space did work, the air coming out of it smelled faintly of urine. This could have all been forgiven, if not for the bugs… When I arrived, one of the beds had no fewer than four stink bugs crawling on it. Two on the headboard, two on the sheets. There was another on the lamp in the room. A stink bug landed on me in the middle of the night and woke me up. I killed that one too, but a little piece of me died as well. There were multiple ladybugs on the ceiling. Some people say ladybugs are good luck. Lord knows you’re gonna need all the luck you can get in these rooms. I would have requested a new room, but the front office was closed by the time I arrived. There wasn’t much I could do other than stay as scheduled. Nobody should be staying at this property for more than $10/night. Bring bug spray. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all unless housekeeping improves substantially. Save yourself the heartache and sleep in your car or sleep outside. Unless you love bugs and dirt, then I would imagine you will be very happy.

Stay away from this place. It is a dump. It perplexes me how this place has the nerve to be in business in this high-tourist area. Worst hotel I have stayed. Here is a list of what I experienced during my stay: 1-Even though I had a reservation, I had to wait 45 minutes to be checked-in because rather than processing first the guests with a reservation, the two front desk staff were processing a walk-in group of 12 people that needed several rooms, had complicated sleeping arrangements, had issues with their credit card, and English was not their first language. 2-There is no Front Desk, just a makeshift desk at the end of their "Lobby". However, the two gentlemen serving as Front Desk staff were trying to be as efficient and diligent as possible in spite of being short-staffed and the chaos around them. 3-As I was waiting in line to be checked-in, other hotel guests were coming in to complain about non-functioning room lights, no hot water, no guest towels, and more. 4-Specifics of my room: no towels; the sink faucet was leaking at the base of the handle; shower room light not working; shower room ventilator not working; toilet seat had one broken hinge; holes on the wall, the doors were full of nicks and scratches; room carpet was dirty and worn out; bathroom floor tiles were sticky, and all the wall pictures were on the floor. 5-Right in the middle of their parking, the had overflowing dumpsters with what seemed like construction rubbish, to include used mattresses. I complained to the morning staff when I was checking out in the hopes of a discount for the poor service but no, they gave me a rehearsed response about the place being in transition because of new management and still charged me full price. I was scammed. I am never staying in this hotel chain again. See the attached photos of my room.
