Looks like this bridge is structurally deficient. Lots of graffiti posing as deep thoughts mar the bridge walkway. Otherwise it is a nice view if you walk across.

Built in the 30’s this bridge has an amazing aesthetic that is so cool looking out over Pittsburg.

I like this bridge! Just if you drive during the evening or morning you can get stuck in traffic for a LONG TIME. And I go there a lot and I just hate how they built and engineered this bridge, like it connects the Fort Pitt Bridge. Like there both the busiest bridges in Pittsburgh, and I live in Pittsburgh and it has "so much traffic"! 😫 One time.. It toke us about a 1 hour to get to the Fort Pitt Tunnel due to lots of traffic it was a Friday too. I give this rating a 3/5 rating. Watch out for this...

Vehicle bridge is nice and all, but real deal is pedestrian bridge next to it! Me and friends call it Bridge of Wisdom. Standing proof that graffiti can also enhance, not destroy! If you EVER feel down and need some motivation, visit it! Not only view is great and calming, but you will read a lot of motivational quotes...

"Oh look, a nice park and historical site where two rivers meet."

"Great! Let's cover it with a huge, noisy, dirty highway."

"Perfect. The next generation can get stuck cleaning...
