Target — Attraction in Plainfield

Target has by far the worst customer service I have experienced. I have been trying to get a game console for a while now. The only time i saw it online it disappeared out of my cart as i was paying for it. It is always out of stock online now, I check at 4 am, 5 am, 6 am, 7 am, and 8 am every day. But at 7 some stores suddenly have stock. Two days ago a store on the other side of town had one so I drove there the moment I got off work. Even thought I was 40 minutes away they refused to hold it for me. I was glad it was still there when I got there. After I got home we opened it, with the kids hovering over it, and after we charged and turned it on, and it was USED! Had a name, an account, screencaps, and hours and hours of recorded gameplay. Since it didn't have an activation date and we didn't know how many parts were actually new and original i took it back to the store, but since it was the only one I couldn't get an exchange, not even a sorry we will make it right. Another day, another store on the other side of town has a limited stock... I call them and ask to hold one, explain what happened. Nope, they don't care. Feels like you have to be unemployed and live right next to the store to get one of these, and most parents and working people are out of luck. Target wouldn't work with you, they don't care if you are a lifelong customer.

I shop here really often and most of the staff is so nice. Had a terrible experience today with two of the drive-up girls. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and moving into a new house. I got a new trash can, two rug runners and some odds and ends. They were both so rude to me the second they interacted with me and I didn’t react negatively at first, but eventually I actually ended up asking them if they just wanted me to load it into my car myself. I ended up just doing it myself because I was tired of interacting with them while they were being so rude to me. A girl made a comment clearly irritated I had “so much stuff”. I don’t know if they would rather me, at 20 weeks pregnant, come inside and do it all on my own? If you offer a service, be prepared to do the service. I don’t know why that’s so difficult. I used the service for its intended purpose. If you don’t like it, take it up with the company that you work for. So...

I thought I already did review. The cleanest place I know of to shop. I notice as soon as I enter doors everything. My sister don't ever shop target and I brought her with me , she appeared surprised and pleased with appearance of store and products. I have found that some prices are better and some a little higher - though quality speaks for some edibles that I purchased. All staff speak and are pleasant when I speak and listen to them. Could be my favorite shopping place. The closest Target to me is an hour whether I go east or west. It's okay, though I don't visit as often as I would if I were closer.
