At the time of this review, I work at Road Runner Sports and have parked in the shopping center’s parking garage at the request of the property management. I just had my car broken into through multiple windows. This shopping center WILL ticket you if you are parked for more than one hour. The businesses inside the shopping center are great, but this shopping center itself is far from safe. Keep a close eye on your car and your belongings because there’s no guarantee you’ll see them here again. AVOID the parking garage during the weekends as it will be empty and you will be broken into.

No bicycle parking. Such a disappointment this is my neighborhood shopping spot and you have to chain your bike to a railing or go behind the dumpster that you can't even see from the front

Classy and beautiful downtown. Plenty of shopping and relaxing scenery for all.

Insanely dangerous small parking lot mostly used by Zupans shoppers and Starbucks customers. There's also a dry cleaning place (Bee) next to Starbucks, and a Cafe Umbria coffee place inside Zupans. Chase Bank is at the west end. I'm not rating the businesses here as being two stars, I'm rating the parking lot two stars because it only has two difficult to see and dangerous to navigate driveways, in addition to only having one traffic lane which is also "one-way only" for traffic.

Update: the Starbucks here was closed in October 2025. They haven't removed all the furnishings, so another business can't move in yet. I think they closed this Starbucks because it was unionized, attracted homeless troublemakers, and people with dogs that aren't service animals came in constantly. The employees made no effort to enforce...

I will never do business at this shopping center again.

I have a postal box here. I parked and crossed the street to flag down my husband so he could help me with packages. When I came back I had a $44 parking ticket for walking off.

The parking enforcement company refused to refund me when I called to explain what happened. I will not do business with any of these shops any more, and I encourage others to follow suite. It's absolutely ridiculous that they do business with a company who acts this way. I spend money in the shopping center weekly. No more.

Being off the property for less than a minute and then returning to do business here...

Visited from out of town and stepped off the property to pick up some food, believing we had an hour to do our shopping.

In 9 minutes, we received a $44 ticket.

We approached the ticketer and asked what it was for. He stated it was for walking off the lot. When we asked where it says that, the ticketer said on it was on the sign. We had looked at the sign, could not see it, asked him to clarify. He then walked away, refusing to point to anywhere on the sign where it states you cannot leave the property. There is no information saying if you walked off the property you would be instantly fined.

Do not give them...
