Insanely dangerous small parking lot mostly used by Zupans shoppers and Starbucks customers. There's also a dry cleaning place (Bee) next to Starbucks, and a Cafe Umbria coffee place inside Zupans. Chase Bank is at the west end. I'm not rating the businesses here as being two stars, I'm rating the parking lot two stars because it only has two difficult to see and dangerous to navigate driveways, in addition to only having one traffic lane which is also "one-way only" for traffic.
Update: the Starbucks here was closed in October 2025. They haven't removed all the furnishings, so another business can't move in yet. I think they closed this Starbucks because it was unionized, attracted homeless troublemakers, and people with dogs that aren't service animals came in constantly. The employees made no effort to enforce...

I have a postal box here. I parked and crossed the street to flag down my husband so he could help me with packages. When I came back I had a $44 parking ticket for walking off.
The parking enforcement company refused to refund me when I called to explain what happened. I will not do business with any of these shops any more, and I encourage others to follow suite. It's absolutely ridiculous that they do business with a company who acts this way. I spend money in the shopping center weekly. No more.

In 9 minutes, we received a $44 ticket.
We approached the ticketer and asked what it was for. He stated it was for walking off the lot. When we asked where it says that, the ticketer said on it was on the sign. We had looked at the sign, could not see it, asked him to clarify. He then walked away, refusing to point to anywhere on the sign where it states you cannot leave the property. There is no information saying if you walked off the property you would be instantly fined.
