I had a very unpleasant experience with my return today. The older woman at the counter was unprofessional at best. My initial interaction was enough for neighboring customers to comment āwow, I am sorry, that was really rude of herā when I didnāt hear behind the plastic wall and a mask that I was next in line. The cashier exclaimed with hands in the air and yelling (she probably said āNEXTā twice before to which I wasnāt sure where it was coming from) and she did an exaggerated eye roll when I responded āI am sorry I didnāt know where to go!ā I wish I could say that was the extent of the unpleasant situation. She had ZERO understanding of the return process and each time I tried to offer help, she just kept repeating āWe donāt do it that way anymore, everything is different!ā She didnāt admit that she needed help until I flat out refused to take what she was saying anymore (36 minutes later) and asked a young gentleman if I could please get my items returned to my redcard so I could pay cash. The lady cashier tried telling me I couldnāt and would have to make a payment instead of returning my order⦠no. Will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's good. I went to Michaels and then Spirit store. Michael's usually has a lot more than the Michael's where I live just up the freeway, but not this year. I go for the Halloween houses. Not much. Spirit store there did not have animated decorations/spooks out. That's the best part! We wanted to buy the large fog pumkin pile, but if we can't see it, we won't buy it. Sometimes, seasonal things can be cheesy, and that's why most holiday decor is on display. ( Home Depot has a huge selection on display) Just make sure you lock your car because there are a lot of homeless camping in front of the stores. Not that I have anything against the homeless, but a couple of them were walking around selling items. Could have been stolen items from cars. My husband and I joked that if we didn't lock the car, we'd leave Spirit and see someone trying to sell us back our purchase from Michael's. š There is a Target and ulta. I don't know when ulta got there, but it's nice to know. A drive thru...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited Town Center quite often as it's walking distance from where I used to live. The nice thing is that they have a little bit of a variety between restaurants and Retail. The shopping center is not that big and can get very busy so the traffic trying to find parking and get in and out of the parking lot can get a little hectic. But they have nice stores and facility is family friendly and up-to-date. They do have a small selection as to what you have as far as options for restaurants or shopping is concerned but the stores that are there or great. They are staple stores so if you're looking for a good retail store they've got Kohl's and Marshalls, and they've got a sporting goods store as well as restaurants and desserts and banking, so a little bit of everything. I haven't had a bad experience yet so I continue to go back because I love the Dollar Tree and their team and the Marshalls they have there. It's like your traditional home town...
