Very unprofessional. They lack empathy of any sort for their patient. Iâm a physician and if I treated my patients the way they treat theirs, I would sue myself!!!!! My child had many of the symptoms for Covid and since my hospital is rather far, I decided to take him to Exer which is close to our house. After the swab I was told by the doctor that I will only get a call if the results are positive. While I was at work I received 3 calls from an 818 area code and since I was with patients, and did not recognize the number, I let them go to VM. I found out that the calls were from them and they wanted to discuss my sonâs results, so thinking the test results are positive as per my previous discussion with the doctor I frantically called to find out what was going on. 5 calls over the next 4 hours yielded no results. I was unable to get my sonâs result since they were very âbusyâ. I was placed on hold, was told to call later and was even disconnected. I placed a final call at 8:15 pm when I got home, and at this point I was worried sick about the steps I had to take for my child and the rest of the family, including shutting down my practice, due to having a child with covid. Once again at 8:15 I was informed that they were really busy and will âtryâ to give me the results. I decided to drive to the very âbusyâ urgent care, and at 8:25pm I arrived at an empty parking lot and a staff who were just sitting their, yet quickly informed me that they werenât âtaking anymore patientâ, without even asking why I was there (also their website and their VM states latest for a patient to register is at 8:30 pm). Anyhow after 4 min they gave me a print out of the âNegativeâ results for my sonâs covid test!
Although I was relieved by the results, I was furious for what I Was put through, almost the entire day to get the result that took them 4 min to print! They are unorganized, unprofessional, lazy and chaotic. Their registration portal had crashed and their operators and staff were unwilling to help, creating a very stressful situation for me the entire day. I will never visit them again, and strongly advise others to steer clear of this...

My wife took my son there recently when he felt sick and got fever. The front desk registered all his information and told my wife waiting time was 2 hours. Then my wife decide to take my son to eat something first and then wait in the car. After 2 hours waiting, they went back and asked the front desk. The exactly same lady who registered my son information 2 hours ago told them she did NOT have my sonâs information at all and my wife did not registered him! They need to re-register again and wait another 2 hours! My wife felt shocked with front desk ladyâs answer and has to register my son again. After 4 hours waiting, the doctor finally saw my son. He only spent less than 1 minutes, and did NOT even test his temperature or carry out any inspections, and then immediately let my son and wife left without any advice or medication. My son kept saying he feel headaches and sick. But the doctor seems not care at all! Very shocking with all those horrible experiences at this places. Please check other low rating reviews before you go there, and you will find out many customers had same or similar bad experiences like us. Please do NOT waste your time and money at those place! They do NOT care patients at all. Also, some of the good reviews are very suspicious with similar way to appraise them. I had a piece of skin and part of my nail sliced off my finger, bleeding heavily. I asked the front desk if I should go straight to the ER, but they told me it wasnât necessary and that they could handle it. While waiting, the screen showed there were only four people ahead of me, but because of the front deskâs incorrect triage judgment, I was placed at the very end and ended up waiting for two and a half hours.
When I finally saw the doctor, they unwrapped the bandage, were shocked to see the bleeding wouldn't stop, and immediately said I needed an ambulance to the ER. I told them I didnât need an ambulance and could go myself, but they said they couldnât treat the injury here and I had to go to the emergency room.
Due to the severe injury and my blood phobia, my blood pressure dropped significantly. I asked if they could at least provide a transfer note to expedite the ER process, but they refused to give me any referral or note. As a result, I had to go to the ER late at night and start all over again.
The whole experience was a complete waste of time and showed a shocking lack of professionalism. The front desk had no idea how to properly triage patients or understand which emergencies they were capable of handling.
