Never the same experience dependent on who is working the line. The attitudes of employees can vary from being casual and carefree to conversely militant uptight moody immature spaced out impatient gossipy and passive aggressive. Even aggressive, aggressive. Some folks simply should not work in any form of customer service. Today our collective experience was unpleasant. The line staff presented as hurried when there weren’t any people behind us. One in particular seemed endlessly annoyed while we decided what toppings to put on our many pizzas. She just froze and stared at us. Others interrupted our private conversations. Not their best day, by far. Whomever worked today between 330-430 could use some serious training, if anyone...

They literally mislabeled every single one of their chocolate no name cakes so I ended up buying 6 nasty birthday cake flavor cakes instead of chocolate. And I’m sure as heck not gonna drive back there to trade them out for the chocolate because I’m never going to MOD again. Their pizza is mediocre their sauce is subpar I only come here truly for these chocolate cakes and for me to waste my money buying 6 cakes that end up being wrong flavor that is just the nail in the coffin. How hard is it to do your job properly ???????

Every single time I’ve ever been here they always mess up the order. I’ve given them enough opportunities and I’m done now.
