Capitol Event Center — Attraction in Sacramento

My mom and I planned a baby shower at Capitol Event Center from out of state, and despite the daunting and challenging nature of such a task, Jenny and her husband Marques made it the best possible experience. Although there was initial uncertainty about planning an event at a venue we had never seen, all our worries were put to rest with their exceptional assistance.

The event space itself is historic, and Jenny and Marques do an incredible job of honoring the building and its rich history. It is beautiful and spacious, offering endless possibilities for any event. They made the entire experience special, and everyone raved about how stunning the space looked!

Their strong relationships with many local vendors made coordination and collaboration effortless. Their communication was outstanding; Jenny was a joy to work with and always responded promptly to our numerous questions and ideas. She is incredibly talented, grasped our vision perfectly, and brought our ideas to life in a way that surpassed our expectations.

Jenny and Marques work seamlessly as a team, ensuring every detail is meticulously covered. They are not only thorough and professional but also friendly and personable. Their extensive knowledge of the area and their willingness to provide recommendations, information, and resources were invaluable.

I personally oversee several contracts weekly and this establishment would not engage in any sort of operation with my group. I was trying to host my 10 year reunion there and they said that due to the previous groups event they were not interested in hosting us.
