Unfriendly.
Weâve been visiting downtown St. Petersburg since 2015 and 99% of the time we are always met with friendly retail employees and owners alike. We love this city!
Popped into Three Dog Bakery on Central for the very first time last Thursday 9/22/22 with the hopes of finding something fun to bring back to our little Westie.
Two people were in the store and neither one so much as bothered to speak a single word to us, much less actually âwelcome us inâ to the store.
I think most of humanity would agree that even just a little warmth and courtesy go a long way from retail business employees/ownersâŚ
Unsure what title those two people held but we cut our browsing short.
We chose, however, to make it a point to speak to them on our way out of the store with a simple âthank youâ - to which they finally found their voices and responded to us.
Just too bad, in our opinion anyway, that it took the customers stepping up for any courteous exchange of words to take place.
1 Star for lack of common courtesy. But it does look like they do a fun job on the custom treats they make, and have pleased customers in that regard-so thats nice; thatâs...
Read moreI used to LOVE Three Dog in St. Pete. Not too long ago their old staff left and there are new people working in the store. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable when I went in there last week. The man kept telling me my dog was not the breed she is and that I should dna test her. He harped on it for at least 5 minutes. The woman was acting so strange like she was high. She was interrupting me and the man talking about my dogs grooming to tell me how to cleanse my house with cinnamon. When the groomer came out he was EXTREMELY arrogant. Iâve had my dog for 10 years. I know what she is afraid of when she is groomed. He wouldnât listen to me. He acted like I was stupid and didnât care what I had to say. He actually walked away from me when I was talking to him and Iâm assuming it was because he didnât want to do what I asked him to do. I asked him not to blow her dry because she is terrified of the dryer. Needless to say now that they have new staff I will never go back. Itâs unfortunate. They are ruining everything the previous people built. And Iâm not the first one in my friend group...
Read moreWhat an amazing place! I wanted to get a little treat for my pups first birthday and I was overwhelmed with how much stuff they have. They have super cute hats, shirts and stickers for humans. They also carry treats, outfits, bandanas, leashes, collars and more for your pup! We found a lot of birthday stuff as well. We picked out a little cake for him out of the large variety of treats available. The staff was super nice, helpful and patient. They also gave my dog some samples! I will definitely be coming here often to treat my dog.
P.S they also carry...
