This was the first place we stopped when visiting Salem. There’s a very affordable parking garage right next to it (we paid $6 and we parked there from around 9:30am until 4:30pm) As soon as we entered we were greeted by helpful staff who helped us map out all the things we wanted to see and answered all of our questions. There are gender neutral bathrooms right next door and there are maps, brochures, and a gift shop inside.

Fun and lovely town with a very interesting history. I loved walking thru the village and visiting all the little stores. Great cappuccinos and food! Lots to see in a beautiful setting with a very distinct architecture. People are helpful and friendly. Seeing the monument of Elizabeth Montgomery made me smile. Many of my childhood hours were spent watching Bewitched 🥰

I didn't find the employees to be very helpful or knowledgeable. We had questions about the trolley (which stops right in front of the visitor center) and were told we would have to go to the trolley office for information. We found some brochures, purchased water, and used their restrooms (which were clean). But as far as getting information, we didn't find it a...
