I have taken advantage of their amazing online presence, especially during COVID. As most responsible businesses, Circle of Stitches has had to close then reduce hours with strict policies to keep themselves and their clientale safe. I have the utmost respect for someone who cares that much about the community's well being.
I have taken advantage of their knit nights, their Tea and Tarot events, their classes and also have had two online fiber concierge which led to a hefty yarn purchase. The care and patience to show me different colors, different yarns and the expertise when reviewing a pattern and helping me with getting enough yarn for my size. Circle of Stitches truly encourages that all bodies are knit worthy and that all types of fiber enthusiasts are welcome.
Also their Tarot items, candles, divination stuff is also a favorite purchase while I pretend to be on yarn diets. Circles of Stitches has an incredible owner Ana who is very talented and knowledgeable in Tarot and has been a pillar in my learning during these difficult times.
I thank Circle of Stitches for helping me keep sanity during these scary COVID months and I can't wait for the day I make the trip to visit the store in person. Of course I'll make sure to phone ahead and conscious of closing hours and restrictions because I'm a...
Read moreAfter being disappointed with the selection at the big box stores, I decided to check out Circle of Stitches after hearing about them mentioned in a Youtube video. The shop has tons of natural light and isn't too cluttered. Ana and Annie checked in every so often (but were never overbearing or pushy) to make sure I was finding the things I needed for my project, and as someone who is newer to crochet, I was grateful that they were willing to answer all of my questions so thoroughly and completely. I was also appreciative of the fact that they have a swift and ball winder right there in the shop, took the time to show me how to use it, and kept checking back in on me to make sure my skeins were still behaving and I didn't need any help. I went home with four absolutely beautiful skeins of yarn and I can't wait to get started on the project I have planned. Run, don't walk y'all. This...
Read moreAfter a wonderful lunch at Finz, I stopped in because of the name, Circle of Stitches! In the magic of weaving/stitching new life, this is a great store full of natural fiber materials, crafts, and spiritual tools. The beautiful selection is ample without being overwhelming. I resonated with the Berroco wool yarn, in the color red called Juliet, in honor of my Roco/Rock and the Olive Pure (raw) Silk yarn, in a deep pink color called Pink Daisies, in honor of the transformative moth and butterfly energy derived from the chrysalis of change. With a tender heart, Love guided me here after noting the upcoming release of very cheerful and nostalgic bears being released this month. I'm a collector of them, so thank you for that!!! (Psst, I hope I'm on Santa's lists. Wink!) Happy...
