COVEN — Local services in Salem

This was my last stop for spooky shopping on my recent 4-day trip to Salem. I happened upon this place after asking for other shop recommendations from the gal at Modern Millie. I just so happened to be walking toward downtown from the Derby Wharf Light Station when I saw the sign for this place. Even though I didn't buy anything (I literally couldn't fit anything else into my carry-on!) the employees there were kind and great about chatting with me and answering my questions. I appreciate that each store carries different brands and has different specialties so that each store is a unique shopping experience. They have some Coven Coffee I really want to try someday and I loved their selection of purses. By far the BEST clothing store in Salem. My girlfriend and I deeply regret not making this fantastic shop our first stop. There's so many high qualities pieces to choose from, most seemed like they were in house products, not outsourced, and nothing is over priced. An absolute dream shop for anyone even remotely into goth culture or just going for a true witchy vibe. There are dresses, robes, lingerie, bags, shirts, skirts, makeup with complete palettes, jewelry, bath bombs, soaps with all items ranging in a large amount of size. It's just a marvelous little shop to be in. The owner was on site and she was the kindest store owner I've met in the entire city. It's also one of the very few stores playing great music. This happened awhile ago and completely forgot to write a review. I had visited them in October and something happened to my bag and I couldn’t go back and talk to them since I had flown back home. They were super responsive and beyond nice about it wanting to help. I know a lot of businesses would have just ignored me and push me to the side, but they were the complete opposite they have an amazing customer service team and I have recommended them to so many people and will keep doing so!
