I have been going here for several years. Ever since the pandemic, the service has started to decline. I normally get a gel pedicure and a paraffin wax. The last two times I’ve gone they didn’t even offer the wax service. The last two visits my feet are rough and dry afterwards. It’s like they started to remove the dead skin, but didn’t finish. the last time I went was for my birthday and they knew it was my birthday but they rushed through anyway because they had to get to other clients for their nails. I assume that the finger nails bring in more money because I’m constantly finding that my service is lacking because they need to help someone with their nails . It’s really disappointing to feel rushed through a service I’m paying for but getting less than for another client. I understand that they are busy salon, but I always call ahead and make my appointment. They should make the time for that appointment and not rush through my service for another client. The ideal salon would have consistency in their product and quality, not consistency in rushing through the appointment. What normally would take an hour and 15 minutes in the beginning is now barely meeting a 30 to 45 minute mark and most of the time odd spent with the gel Polish. It’s just sad. I’m sad because it’s near my home and I’m having to look for a new salon is where I’m at

I've had some wonderful experience here and some amazing pedicures and some amazing manicures. But the last time I was there was most definitely the worst. I came in for an acrylic fill. Immediately told if I decide to get them shortened it will be extra. Uh what? So I thought whatever I'll just keep them this long. So then I get matte black. I get that matte can look uneven, totally fine. But the lady was super rude. I tried to kill her with kindness with the tip. So then, next day I broke a nail. Don't know how but I look down and my entire thumb nail is gone. So I go back. Get charged for it, ehh okay even though it's maybe 24 hours, but who knows maybe it was my fault. Still the same rude lady. I also tipped well for one broken nail. Now its been a week and these are what they look like. Which is embarrassing as hell. I don't even want to go back if I'm just going to be treated like this is my fault when this is clearly the outcome of the layers not being fully dry. You may have a good experience, hopefully you do. But I had a super bad one and felt more like a burden than a paying customer

Did you want to see a photo of my slowly withering adult man foot? Probably not but...maybe that's your thing...? Either way, if you're looking for a quick mani/pedi for a very competitive price, this is your spot. You can drop in or make an appointment. The staff is professional and friendly. My pedicurist(?) even taught me how to count to 10 in Thai! I will not attempt to write those words here, I've already posted a photo of my foot for god sakes.

I am rewriting my review from the one I wrote when this place first opened. It has gone so far down hill that I will never go back again. I remember VT (the owner) telling me when they first opened that he never wanted his salon to feel like it was too busy to give quality. Well, that is exactly what has happened and they have hired extremely rude staff. I came in about a month ago to get an old acrylic nail set taken off, and a new one put on. A newer girl did them for me (they have a ton of new employees because they have become so busy) and I'm not over exaggerating, I had to have them redone 3 times and it took 3 hours! The girl cut me on one of my fingers and didn't even apologize. When she was "done" I showed Loan (one of the owners) and she redid them for me because they looked so terrible. I am not a high maintenance customer, I had never had a problem there before, in over a year, and this was not just me being picky. I was in so much pain and my nails were so raw, but I was having engagement photos taken the next day so I had to let her redo them. Under other circumstances I would have walked out. Then they still made me pay full price! Which I did, because I don't like to be difficult. In the past I really liked them, so today I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and brought one of my girlfriends in to get pedicures. I made an appointment for us at 12:30. They sat us with our feet in the water for 30 minutes as it got colder and colder, because their waiting room as too full. They didn't start until 1:15. Our feet were so pruned. Then the pedicures were TERRIBLE and lasted about 15 minutes. Kim (who did mine) was really rude to me and purposefully tried to do a bad job. I can't think of any other reason it would have been such a bad pedicure. I asked her to scrape the bottom of my feet, like they are supposed to do, and she was not nice about it. She left skin hanging from my toes and when I showed her she literally rolled her eyes! As we were paying I asked her for her name and she rolled her eyes at me again! I cannot believe how poorly I have been treated at this place that i have been a loyal customer to since they opened. I will never return and I would urge anyone who will listen not to go either. They have gotten too busy and they do not do quality work or treat there customers nicely. You can feel the negative energy when you walk in. Its a shame because VT and Loan used to...

So I’ve been here 3 times to get a new full set of acrylic nails. I asked them the first time for some Halloween nails. They didn’t have any glitters pigments just besides nail polish. So I wanted one nail clear with orange and grey stars fading from the cuticle to the tip. The way they came out was decent but not really what I was hoping for. The person just added them all over and they’re wasn’t enough glitters. Also the nail polish that I wanted black glitter was actually a sea weed green. He was gentle and considered about my nails. They always got me in right away. The next time, I wanted strawberry nails from a Starbucks drink. I brought my own strawberry pieces and they did a pretty good job! I had two crystals on my nail and the lady added a dot of nail glue over the crystals. So When it was dry it just looked like a glob of glue was over it. Also my Halloween nails weren’t fully off so on the inside of my nails you could still see the greenish/black. The third and final time I went there...I wanted these lavender fading into clear tips with butterflies glitters. Super simple to do. The lady told me that they can’t do it so I was pretty sad about it. So I only did two nails with the butterflies. The rest were just painted lavender, pastel blue, etc. but they were shaped weird and way shorter than I wanted them! I wanted a sharp and pointy coffin look. I got a thick, rounded and fat looking nail shapes. The cuticles weren’t filed down enough so there is pieces of acrylic on the side. She didn’t give my nails a second layer of polish so you can still see streaks. Also my nails are super sensitive and she just broke them off and didn’t care that it was causing me major pain. Also I’ve always paid $50-$55 for a new set of nails. She was trying to charge me $68. She’s like “it’s extra for long nails” I’m not stupid and I hate when people try to up sell me. I won’t be coming back! If you like simple nails then I recommend but if you get acrylics and want cute and fun designs with nail art,...
