Smart Eyebrow Threading I Salon I Spa — Attraction in Salt Lake City

You know, they were nice, and the lashes looked good for about 12 hours, but that’s about it. They said don’t get the lashes wet for 48 hours; I avoided doing so, save for normal eye watering, and almost half of my lashes have fallen out. The glue was super crunchy and irritating too, it’s making them almost painful to wear. Additionally, parking was very confusing. I parked on a high ramp behind the building, unsure if it belonged to them. In the process of trying to move my car, it scraped on a pole due to the constrained space. So, not only did I spend $168 (tip + lashes + threading) on a set I’m really regretting spending money on, but the parking issue that was unclear (between both their business and surrounding ones), so I have to spend a few hundred dollars to fix my car, when it could’ve been somewhere else to begin with. I honestly wish I could get a refund. They were nice, but again, that’s about it. My lash lady was cool, but she left multiple times in my appointment to assist others, and that came across as very unprofessional. Additionally, the door was left ajar the whole time (my eyes were shut, but it was open when I first closed my eyes and I never heard it close), so I sat there the whole time with very loud noise in...

They honestly need better workers who can actually thread. It’s rare to get bleed or even get scared during eyebrow threading, but now I have a permanent scar from this places incompetence to do eyebrows. When you first go in, you sign in on a tablet device and input your name and phone number. Then they ask to select the individual you want to perform the services on you, (there was only one). She came out and I get my eyebrows threaded regularly, so I’m used to the process. I noticed however, that the thread kept breaking, which may happen like one or twice in the many other places I’ve been to, but here it was more than a couple times. The eyebrows look good, but she nicked the side of my nose!! I went outside to check it out and I was bleeding! I’m going to have a permanent scar because of someone’s incompetence to do their job. The staff here are amazing: they did a really good job at my eyebrows and my lip. I really needed it done for my wedding tomorrow and the girl I had was really thorough and did everything I asked for flawlessly. The last time I had my brows done somewhere else, they had plucked my brows way too thin and I did not like it, so the fact that this girl at Smart Eyebrow Threading Salon & Spa listened to me and did an amazing job—I’m very impressed. They even worked on my fiancé’s eyebrows and his look great! She was also incredibly personable, she was really friendly, she’d ask me how I was doing, she was quick on my lip as well.
