I came here today for a hard gel fill and honestly it was such a rude experience. I had an appointment but still waited about 25 minutes before anyone started, which I was fine with. But once I sat down, the vibe was off right away. I said hi and complimented the tech’s ring, but she really respond at all. The whole service felt rushed, she was super rough with filing, and she didnt speak to me—just gestured me when she needed me to switch my hand.

When she finished the fill, my nails were visibly uneven and bumpy. Normally they smooth it out with the electric drill (I’ve had this done plenty of times), but she filed it a bit manually. I asked why parts weren’t filed and she just stared at me, no explanation and made it feel so awkward. After two coats of polish, it was still obviously bumpy (hard to see in pictures but middle nail is pretty obvious, and there’s fluff attached to the edges as she didn’t seal them and just walked off), so I asked for a third—and it still looked bad. When the owner came over, they said they could redo it but I’d need to wait another 30 minutes. At that point the tech got mad, walked off, and I’m pretty sure swore at me in Vietnamese!!

The owner told me I didn’t need to pay even when I insisted on paying, which I do appreciate, but I left feeling super uncomfortable and awkward, I gotten my nails done multiple times and never had an experience like this. I was made to feel like the problem for just pointing out bumpy uneven nails. Ladies, you should read this! I usually don’t give reviews unless it’s too bad or it’s too good! Every time I end up going back to this place I regret it later! I have not seen any salon’s personal being more unpleasant as these guys are. They completely ruin the meaning of being pampered by their rough and unpleasant behavior. They do the absolute bare minimal for their pedicures and manicure. I have no problem paying a bit more but being treated nicely. They are definitely racist and I have noticed that many times how differently they treat their consumers! Also, they are not skilled enough to be able to clean and cut your cuticles right so they file your nails! They file them down so much your nails become so thin and week they brake so easily and obviously you end up going back to them! They charge less cause they do less! These guys are located at a world class neighborhood but if you think you will get a service deserving that neighborhood, you are dead wrong!! Oh, one more thing! The manicurists use their hands in such a rough and tough way that it feels pretty disrespectful or even sometimes...

I came here every 3 for a year and then one of the main women accused me of bringing a friend who didn’t pay. I never brought a group of friends so she’s clearly confusing me with someone else. I continued to come thinking they believed me, but they were consistently rude to me and after waiting 1.5 hours to get a gel manicure once I finally gave up.
