I came here for Hylenex injections to get my filler dissolved from my chin area, when I walked in I felt that the environment was peaceful, very sterile, and the front desk ladies are super sweet and kind especially over the phone, however for my initial consultation with Dr. Kate Ratto, she was pretty blasé to me, after discussing my target areas, she had numbed me up and put the topical numbing cream on my chin then quoted me $450, I sighed in disbelief because the lady on the phone had told me $150. Kate laughed at me and made me feel bad, stating that nothing there was going to be that cheap. I felt cheated and scammed and unable to back out because they had already put the numbing cream on my face, I said to her I was not looking to pay that much to which she looked at me almost disgusted.. She left the room for a bit, which felt like a ploy to get me to pay for more time, then returned and said she would do $150 but wouldn't give me the full syringe like I was quoted on the phone and that it might not do much. She went ahead and did the injection, now almost a week later, I look exactly the same. Not even sure if anything was actually injected into my face because usually hylenex works very well, and I look exactly the same. I feel scammed, and really unhappy with my experience. There is no situation where I believe it is okay to tell someone their procedure is going to cost significantly more than quoted AFTER already putting on the lidocaine numbing cream. I loved the front desk ladies and think they were perfect, however I felt 'poor shamed' and embarrassed of myself with doctor Kate Ratto (even though I am not broke, just did not want to pay $$$ for...

Natalie did a fantastic job! I was pleased with her consultation method. I think it’s important that a consultation be long enough to offer a potential customer all options. I think Natalie has that keen insight. She was knowledgeable, reassuring, listened to my needs, and worked within my budget. I am over-the-top pleased with her injection skills on this senior citizen. I wanted as natural a look as possible and she gave me just that. There was no bruising, just one tiny-looking little mosquito bite as expected.

Victoria was so nice and accommodating, you can tell that she knew what she was doing and she explained that with any procedure there may be a little discomfort but surprisingly there was no discomfort and the procedure was very quick!
