Janis Joplin's House — Attraction in San Francisco

this is not a ticketed experience and i'm not sure why google displays that option but this is literally just the outside of the building you will be able to visit as a tourist. if you're already stopping by Haight/Ashbury this is a must stop. it was very quiet on our visit with very little foot traffic. i'd advise them to make a mural or sign of some sort and get some more attention but i can understand why they might not want to do that. i'm sure if you're a fan of janis joplin though, you'll be happy just to see where she lived...
