@miramar
I watched two movies one in the second floor and another in the first floor.
Firstly they have a system for designated seats that no one follows so im not really sure what's the point of it, unless it is to cause distress for the customer. Also the seats are falling apart which I found strange since a few months back they replaced all the seats at Fine Arts Cafe in Hato Rey.
Then I went to the showroom on the first floor (room 6) and was disappointed by the design of it. There I coudnt watch the movie well because there were two heads on my line of view. Secondly there was this smell of (kinda) fermented cheese and onion that i dont know if it was someone eating or the room being poorly cleaned.
Also there wasn't anyone in the hall to get my ticket, I waited around 3 mintes before goin in (too bad I've already paid for the movie).
The movies were great but the experience wasn't next time lll just watch it at home or go to the Fine Arts Cafe...
Read moreMy husband took me to this place. We walk, because we are living very close by. We were notified that we can park at Pueblo next door. This is a Cinemas that tend to bring independent or different styles of movies. We watch a movie related with the Beatles and had a really good time. The service is excellent and the personnel is very professional. We went at 6pm, so they were having a police officer at the entrance. So sad we never went to the 2nd floor which it has a deli.... next time..😉 ... They even have a system for designated seats and if someone is seating in the one you chose, well we just let them know that it was our seat and they moved. I think we will visit this...
Read moreIt's a great place, but they don't seem to act on the complaints from the customers. Two years ago I point out on the conditions of the armrests in the first level seats on many of the 1st, 2nd and many others rows in their proyections room. I write them emails about this situation to their management, and have received the same attention, none. Regretfully I opted out myself to different locations where they have better conditions, or new seats and facilities. This is the only corporation business in PR that owns a movie franchise, I am pretty sure that maybe this is an opportunity for them to improve...
