The Monday Club — Attraction in San Luis Obispo

Do not use this venue for any service or event. You’ll be very dissatisfied in any service or planning associated with this venue. The venue is adequate for a wedding although staff and wedding planners supplied by TMC are very unprofessional. For starters, employees that were hired to operate the event were cutting in line of family at food lines and at open bar to help themselves. Anything explained by the general manager or head wedding planner was very condescending and the families of bride and groom were left to do all the work. A hired security guard decided to play rent a cop and multiple times cut individuals off of alcohol without any relevant evidence that these individuals needed to quit drinking. The female security guard was not present during the entire event so she had no jurisdiction over what she was enforcing. I recommend not using this venue for anything you would like to be handled professionally. Any individuals associated with this venue needs a reminder on how to treat human beings as human beings. They decided to have a power trip and it will continue to deteriorate their reputation in this community.
