Mama Ganache Artisan Chocolates — Local services in San Luis Obispo

I ordered a large quantity of Mama Ganache chocolate wafers for my cookie baking business and was extremely disappointed with how they arrived. Due to very poor packaging, over a pound of the chocolate had completely melted into a solid, unusable mass. As someone who relies on consistent product quality for my business, this was incredibly frustrating and a direct loss. I called to report the issue and spoke with a woman named Cindy, who was unfortunately of no help. There was no apology, no solution offered, and no interest in making the situation right. For a company that sells perishable, heat-sensitive products, I expected a much higher standard of packaging and far better customer service.

We had a really great time at this chocolate shop! The owner is so kind and is really passionate and intentional about his craft. He is very careful about allergies and has dairy, gluten, and soy free chocolate. I enjoy visiting chocolate shops wherever I travel and he was nice enough to show us his equipment and process!
