Heater didn’t work. Host hamish was never on site. His desk agent was rude, Unaccommodating, and Short. Price on AirBNB was $115.00 Tv remote was clearly broken or worked like garbage and the front desk agent argued about it and blamed on the user. Totally unacceptable because changing channels took like 5-6 minutes. Like pulling teeth. Channel line up was total garbage. Worst thing about the experience was that it was a cold night and hamish and his desk worker refused to fix the heater. Called many times and he refused to answer the phone. Sent many text message’s with no response. Poorly run and total lamers .internet did work well. Lots of noise from upstairs like baby crying , vacuum cleaning ,etc late at night . Hot tub temperature was to low. very creepy experience in deed. Will be complaining to my credit card company . Asked for a discount on 2’nd night for hassle and his family member desk agent offered nothing but $10 off which was insulting. Airbnb says this is 3 stars but that is a tidal overstatement . Maybe 1 star .hotel . All kinds of noises from the hosts large family and onsite worker family’s . Nasty stained carpets , outdated units , garbage TVs and bad channel lineup ! Not even one premium channel and the TVs are so old and decrepit that you can’t even change the channel or it takes 10 minutes just to change the channel totally ridiculous and bad...

Horrible experience staying at this " 3-star hotel," which is truly just a motel. Despite signage stating there's no smoking allowed, we smelled residual cigarette smoke in our room on our first day but it wasn't irritating to our lungs initially. Then later in our stay it was very obvious that other residents were smoking in their rooms and the smoke was being directed into our room. I notified the front desk (which isn't attended, you have to ring a bell or sometimes call a phone number) three times and it was never resolved. I woke up with a sore throat and my 79 year old father who I'm traveling with was wheezing in the night. The manager proceeded to gaslight me about the issue saying that he couldn't smell the smoke despite there being smoke stains on the wall from regular smoking. This establishment is listed as a 3-stay amenities hotel but is purely a motel, as there is no communal space. This has affected my stay because I have no quiet space to do work when my dad is watching TV in the hotel room, and no public restrooms to use when my dad is using the room toilet. I had originally planned to stay 5 nights at this place first impressions not to bad got into the room had to call up because the AC wasn't working the guy at the front had an attitude 😑 fixed the AC by putting the dial on the heat section. Stayed the night and everything was fine until the next morning I woke up to being kinda itchy. I went on about my day and as the day goes on I notice I have like 7 bites on my legs which weren't there before I called to talk to the guy and I was really respectful asked if I could switch rooms or even just try to change the sheets. The front desk guy was so irritated that I even said the bites could of been from the bed. He treated me disrespectfully told me to get my stuff out the room or he would move it!... he automatically gave me a refund but didn't even care if I had another room or anything I had children with me who also found bites on them. Horrible place definitely would not recommend. It is in a great location but that was the only good part...
