Mattress Nation - Seaside — Attraction in Sand City

Mattress Nation is a locally owned business, and they stand by their word and their products! I was very pleasantly surprised by my overall experience at this store.

I worked with Michael at the Sand City location, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had never bought a new mattress before, so I didn't quite know what I was looking for when I first stopped by. Michael knew after asking me a few questions about my price range and preferences, exactly where to direct me.

I ended up purchasing a Sealy Firm Pillowtop mattress, and got a whole bedset (frame, boxsprings, mattress, and Tencel sheets) for a really amazing deal; Michael definitely hooked me up :)

After almost a month of break-in, this firm mattress was giving me a lot of lower back pain, so I ended up utilizing their 90-day no-hassle exchange program. It was super easy to switch to the Sealy Plush mattress, and again Michael gave me a great deal on the exchange.

The delivery was very easy. The crew was professional and efficient. Overall, I would most definitely recommend trying out Mattress Nation for your bedset needs. They really know how to take care of their customers!

I knew the particular mattress I wanted—extra-firm and sometimes hard to find-- so, I did a search for local companies that might have one.

Happily, I found the site for Mattress Nation which not only had the mattress I wanted on its site, and at the price I wanted, but they had the top model in that line (one up from what I was expecting).

I called and spoke to Michael at the Seaside store and asked if he had that model out. He said, “You’ll see it, first thing, when you walk in”—which I did about an hour later.

Michael was the kind of salesman we all hope for: full of useful information, not something else.

It was close enough to a recent holiday sale, that he lowered the price considerably. Done.

The free delivery (and pick-up of the old mattress) happened three days later—which took about 15-20 minutes.

Along with the free delivery, they added in a free Malouf mattress protector.

He listened as we explained what we were looking for and offered the best mattress first. It was clear that he knew customer needs and what mattress would meet those needs. Admittedly, I am a repeat customer because I feel treated like a friend and given the best offers available. No high pressure, just a genuine desire to see the customer comfortable and happy. And without any disappointment, I was given a credit on my purchase for my previous loyalty, a free mattress cover to protect the mattress warranty, and free pick up and delivery including set up. This may be my fourth or fifth time here and the customer service has always exceeded my expectations.
