We bought two rings there. Delightful people. There is a cultural conflict that if they could resolve would make them a five-star store in Santa Fe. They seem to think that if they start the price very high and cut it down to about half that they will get the sale. I’m sure it works but it is a strike against them and their reputation. It’s a gimmick that comes from other countries that doesn’t work so well in the US. People like to not feel the heavy sales pitch or the gimmicky price drop. Americans want to know they are getting a good price for a good product and not have to question if they are being cheated. Once you purchase from them, however, they become more genuine and extremely helpful. We really like these people and wish them all the best.
