Kathy was absolutely wonderful. I went in trying to find a replacement set of handmade earrings my mother has (one of them had broken). Unfortunately, with it being a gallery, the set was no longer there. But that didn't stop Miss Kathy from getting my information and trying to track down the original artist. She went out of her way to communicate with a network of artists to try to find him and ended up giving me some closure on the matter.
