Suites at Bay — Hotel in Savannah

This property is amazing. You are right on top of Bay Street, which is where all the action is. We had the top floor suite, which was more of an apartment than a hotel room. Regrettably, we were only there one night (passing through), but you can bet I will pick this place when (not if) I come back to Savannah. The kitchen was fully stocked, updated and beautiful. The living room - not just an area - was comfortable enough to have people over before/after being on the town. The bathroom was huge and very nicely appointed - Isel even provides some toiletries. The bedroom was cozy, but don't confuse cozy with small! I can't say enough good things about this place. Isel was perfectly responsive to texts - even though I only sent texts to say thank you and let them know we'd departed.||||Do note that the complimentary parking is NOT on site. You park your car and go to suite per the very thoughtfully detailed (map included!) instructions, where you will find a parking garage access card. You then drive your car to the garage and walk back to the suite. It sounds way more complicated than it is! If you're going to be in Savannah with a car, you have no idea what a luxury it is to be able to come and go out of a parking garage without...

The small apartment was excellent to stay at. Great location right on Bay Street. We had a view of Bay Street which was awesome. There was a restaurant and bar right below us so if you can't fall asleep unless you have absolute silence this might not be the place for you. I don't have that problem. It has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The bedroom has a full or queen size bed. I'm not sure since I was the only one sleeping in the bed. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa. The apartment is very nicely decorated and there's a spacious closet in the bedroom with plenty of towels, wash clothes etc.|If you have any questions just call the number given to you and they answer immediately and will help you with all your questions. Very helpful! Free parking! Just a great experience! And the keyless entry is great! They send you great instructions before you arrive on how to unload your luggage, where to park and how to enter your room. We could only stay 3 nights. We were there for a special occasion but would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend...

The apartment was great. The stairs weren't so great while taking your luggage up and down. If you had any questions the owner was just a phone call away and extremely friendly and helpful. The place was noisy on Bay St but that didn't bother us. I fall asleep with the TV on. Besides, if you want to be close to the action you're going to have noise. I recommend more hooks in the bedroom to hang things on. For example your robe, purse, makeup bag etc. The decor was fabulous and extremely clean. The location was perfect. We had a view of Bay Street which I loved. I'm from Savannah and was visiting for a family party. My boyfriend loved it but he was sleeping on the couch and didn't enjoy it much. Said that it was a very uncomfortable bed, pulled out or cushions on. My bed was great. And I loved the keyless entry setup. It was perfect, simple and easy to remember.
