Victoria's Secret & PINK — Attraction in Savannah

let me start by saying i NEVER leave reviews. i did not know either of the employees names, but im pretty sure one was a manager, and one had just started not too long ago. i’ve always had horrible experiences at victoria’s secrets , because they don’t look into sizing all that deep, and just give you a random measurement. however, these two women stayed with me for about an HOUR trying to find my size, giving me different bras, and making sure they fit and were comfortable. not only that, but recommended which ones were there , and online, and even a style that they’re doing that matched my tank top. they stayed friendly until i left. honestly the best VS experience...

I came in tonight trying to pay my credit card bill. Stud in a line for 20min. People cutting because they have no idea where the line stops or starts. One cashier, two sales reps on the floor, one told me the manager was in the back doing a police report. I love Victoria Secret & there items,but this is unacceptable. It's a every day thing, I shop at the one in Oglethorpe mall 5days out of the week and the lines are the same. No workers,I feel sorry for the one cashier that has to deal with all this. If this doesn't get fixed I'm gonna have to take my business...

I love Victoria secret, shop here all the time ( well my husband shops here more often than me) and this was the first time ever entering the store and was never greeted was in there for about 30, 45 mins...no one and I mean no offered me any help ask if I found everything ok...it would have been great to have had some help..so because I did not get the help finding what I needed I got frustrated did not get all that I wanted and left....I will continue to let my husband shop for my undergarments, I dont have the patience..but he does and does a great...
