Dolce Medical Spa - Old Town — Attraction in Scottsdale

I would not even give a star, but you have to submit a review. I would never recommend this place to anyone!! I drove an hour to get to my appt to find out they canceled my appt. The lady stated I did not confirm via text that morning. I told her she was right, and I did not get a text message that morning and showed her my phone. I also informed her that I spoke to them last week and confirmed my appt and got their address. I then left very upset. The manager called and wanted to argue with me about the text. I told him I confirmed last week. He said it has to be same day confirmation because a lot of people were NOT showing for their appts. I asked him not to compare me to others. I let him know his spa disrespected me by wasting my gas, my time, and not being empathetic. After being rude, he told me he would give me a free message. I told him I have mo ey I don't need a free massage. I will never spend my money on any person who is argumentative, is not empathetic, and then can't take responsibility. I had a very disappointing experience with Dolce Medical Spa in Scottsdale and Tempe, AZ. They took advantage of my kindness and coerced me into signing a contract that was not explained in detail. The form I signed stated that all memberships are final after 7 calendar days of the original purchase. I was told that I could keep the products, and it would be mine if I canceled. However, at the bottom of the form, there was a list of costs for each item they give you, totaling over $2,000, which is close to the full year agreement. I decided to cancel within 3 days, exercising my consumer legal rights, and returned all the products given to me that I didn't use. One of the creams even had a hole in it, as if someone had put their finger in it. Despite this, they are still demanding that I pay. I refuse to do so. This is a scam. Please be careful and take your time. Don't let them talk you into anything you feel uneasy...

I started going last February at after doing a Groupon at there south Tempe location. I purchased the Perfecto X infrared device and have been faithfully (85%) using and doing my monthly facials/procedures. Everyone I have worked with has been professional and knowledgeable. However, a HUGE shout out to Christine at the Scottsdale location. I have worked with her for several months and boy her recommendations, procedures and attention to my skin needs has been truly next level. She is honest and goes above and beyond to recommend and explain the why behind skin care philosophy.
