When my sister mentioned taking me to this restaurant because I was in town, I was immediately intrigued. When I checked it out on my TikTok, the very first thing that caught my attention was the ambience—it was absolutely beautiful. The second thing that pulled me in was the menu. From the moment we walked in, I was in love.
I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a snob when it comes to service. Working in a hospitality, I’ve learned that service is everything. A mediocre steak can be overlooked, but poor service is never forgotten.
At Pinyon, the staff went above and beyond. Every interaction was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely made the experience memorable. Our server, Dylan, was an absolute standout—warm, knowledgeable, and made us feel so well taken care of from start to finish.
The food was wonderful—starting with an amazing lineup of appetizers. The pistachio labneh was one of the best things I’ve had in a long time—silky, nutty, and perfectly balanced. The yellowtail crudo was another standout: bright, fresh, and full of layered flavor.
The ribeye was outstanding and perfect for sharing between two people. We paired it with the linguini and clams, which pleasantly surprised me because it had a lot of clams.
All in all, I can’t find one single thing to complain about. I came in with high expectations, and every single one of them was exceeded. Thank you to the entire Pinyon team for such an incredible evening. Dylan was a true gem!

Beef Carpaccio was amazing fresh and beautiful. I wish I would've taken a picture.! tuna carpaccio was amazing, we loved it - very fresh a little heat, perfectly balanced.
We got two of the of the vegetables, the crispy cauliflower and roasted carrots. They were an instant hit.
We then moved on, had the flat iron, ribeye, and clams and linguine. The steaks were cooked to perfection medium rare like our table likes it, and the clams and linguine was very flavorful.
For dessert, the cheesecake baklava, and a bananas foster unfortunately they were out of the boozy tiramisu, which I am definitely gonna get the next time!
The cocktail list was perfect. I really liked all of them! Our party was full of cocktail enthusiast so we had quite a few - olive oil martini stood out as well as the old-fashioned! We had quite a few spritz cocktails too, which were fantastic and reminded my friend of her European vacation.

The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted intentional, like they really care about the ingredients and the experience. The drinks were somehow even better. Thoughtfully crafted, balanced, and unique… easily some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time.
The service? Unmatched. You can tell they’re overstaffed in the best possible way — someone is always there the moment you need something, without hovering. The team is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely excited about what they’re serving, which makes the whole experience feel elevated and effortless.
If I could ask for one small thing, it would be a touch more music. Not loud — just some subtle background or even light live music on certain nights. With the indoor/outdoor seating and the nice views, it would enhance the ambiance without taking away from the conversation.
