Stopped by on the Seattle Waterfront for a tasty corn dog combo. The corn dog is the best around- hands down. Fresh dog— moist and flavorful. Corn bread was gently crisp on the outside with the breading being light and fluffy. Make no mistake- this hot dog is full sized without being one of those mondo flavorless ones. The crinkle fries were served as a generous portion- fresh and light. The milkshakes looked great BUT I need a liquid so went with the Jones fountain drink — made with real cane sugar (the best). Bonus: refillable cups— even if you are walking along the waterfront all day— you can return with the cup for a refill. I ate outdoors next to the dock for a sight seeing tour boat. Service was fast and with a big smile. The woman taking my order was helpful and cheerful— and the cook was ready to cook orders on the spot- fresh. The people really make the place! The price for this combo was just under $20 — of you want a milkshake instead, add a couple of bucks. (6.50 foot corn dog/10.75 fries and soda & tax) Great spot for a quick and tasty meal with outdoor dining option.

The atmosphere is OK. It’s a nice little burger shop downtown Seattle next to the fire station #5, it’s upbeat I like the scenery. The cashier and the workers are incredible, though I think they had a great attitude, and they were very upbeat and smiling. I ordered two great steak burgers and two fries. The order total came out to be $40 dollars and some change. It’s not what I expected it to be especially for $40. It should’ve came with a shoulder massage and a foot rub. It’s neither great, and they shouldn’t put the state name on there. It was average at best. The fries were really good though. For a local burger joint, I was expecting it to be a lot more flavorful, but nevertheless, the burger was “OK”. Nothing spectacular. In my opinion, Jack-in-the-Box is better

Was in town for a wedding in downtown Seattle, had time to kill in the morning so decided to wander around the waterfront. Went in here looking for some lunch and a beer, super glad I did! The burger was super tasty, exactly what I was looking for. Fries were well seasoned. The service was amazing! Got my drink and my food quickly. Surprising a decent amount of seating room. I sat at the bar along the window, good amount of seating there too for small groups to not take up an entire table. A little spendy, but with it being on the waterfront, it was what I was expecting. The burger, fries, beer, and tip were $27.

The cleanliness of the establishment was severely lacking, with dirty tables and bathrooms. The understaffing situation resulted in the cashier also having to fulfill the role of the cook, leading to a delay in receiving my order. Despite the extended wait time of 32 minutes, the burger I received was subpar in both size and quality. It was significantly smaller than expected, consisting of a single patty with a single slice of cheese, despite my request for additional toppings that were not included. I ordered extra cheese, onions, and mayonnaise on my burger. Unfortunately, when I received it, the patty was extremely small and covered in ketchup, pickles, and an unmelted piece of cheese. It was the most unappetizing burger I have ever seen, especially considering the $70 price tag. We ordered two combos, one with a triple cheeseburger and the other with a single cheeseburger. We also ordered a pup dog and a small milkshake. When we received our order, none of the food was prepared correctly, and it was all quite disappointing. My burger was undercooked and shriveled. The other combo lacked the special toppings as well. I am unsure of the state in which this burger was created, but it is disrespectful to burger enthusiasts in Washington. The service did not justify the price. Although they remade my burger, I was still disappointed. We will not return after this experience. I considered requesting a refund, as the staff was already embarrassed by the number of customers who were upset about being turned away from a restaurant that did not have locked doors. The environment was noisy and unclean. We will not...

One of the filthiest restaurants that I've ever seen. Floors, tables, chairs, everything was covered in leftover garbage and spilled ketchup. It was an episode of "kitchen nightmares" in real life. I don't know if I just happened to be there on a bad day, it does happen. Employees call in sick or don't show up, it gets really busy and nobody can keep up. I've learned not to jump to conclusions from just one experience. Still, yes, the burgers were small. The special sauce was not at all special. Everything was 100% meh. It was all ultra processed, bottom dollar quality. I've had better food at a public school cafeteria. The food actually made me a little sick to my stomach afterwards, as well as everyone that dined with me. The employees were very nice and accommodating but there was a measurable amount of "I really don't care about this job". The food quality is a good barometer for payroll quality. Making a profit in the restaurant business is next to impossible but some sacrifices should only go so far before it becomes detrimental to employee's quality of life. Too many mega conglomerates fool citizens into thinking they're offering better prices but the greater impact is the degradation of ordinary citizens lives and incomes. This company is clearly following that business model. If it's low quality, cheap and convenient, run as far away as you can. The money you save will end up being taken from you anyway. Somebody is raking in money and keeping it all to themselves. Buy higher quality, pay more and stay with smaller companies. Franchises should be out of the question. It hurts you more...

Very disappointed. On a recent trip to Seattle my family and I stopped in for lunch. We were excited to see that the restaurant featured all WA State products, and we prefer to support local. They just failed in just about every way possible after that. I understand that buying local costs more but the sizes of everything but the corndogs was underwhelming to the point of feeling like we were being ripped off. Small burgers, small fries, etc. All perfectly acceptable compromises IF proper expectations had been set. State on the menu the pitiful size of your sandwiches. Train your employees to know how big the serving of fries is. Maybe market yourself as a low calorie alternative. Aside from poor choices made by management, there was an execution error on everything but the fries.

The burgers were overcooked.

The corndogs were overcooked on the outside and raw in the middle.

One corndog had 2 hairs in it.

If your burgers are charcoal briquettes by design, state it on the menu. Same goes for the corndogs.

We paid a pretty penny for what amounted to 4 meals and don't feel like we received that much food in return. What we did get, was disappointing. I can't imagine we will...
