I always am a frequent customer of the reef Kiki Meg Charles Cory and a host of other people who work for this place are very knowledgeable about products and helpful with anything always and I’m appreciative of that.I’m a known customer so I don’t mean it in a narcissistic or disrespectful manner when I divulge because I actually like the reef beyond small instances of perplexing situations however when I say letting any car obstruct a sidewalk that is for the city it’s for people of the city who are traveling through the city so if I’m wheelchair bound why do I have to go out of my way to use a different sidewalk then the one that leads me to down Denny way an is the one to get to the door of the reef it’s not just disrespectful to me it’s disrespectful to any person regardless of their in a wheelchair or mobility device this hasn’t just started it’s been going on since last year I don’t appreciate the lack of effort to let a customer coming into the business hey you can’t block this sidewalk people need to access it but I guess that’s ok it’s a big red flag for me because this place wants to be so fragile and politically correct about everything like literally everything so I would say in a logical way of speaking any business who has a sidewalk in front of it should have empathy enough for senior citizens utilizing walkers or canes or motorists that want to ride on scooters or even people with automatic mobility devices or your average person walking around. I alerted two staff who then told me verbatim it’s a city problem from management? So I would love to speak with someone about a number of things that would be better stated off of this review I would sincerely appreciate it the same way yall have inclusion and equality plastered on the doors and around the store as a part of the business cause everyone deserves representation regardless of color sexual orientation or religion which is true but I guess wheelchair users don’t deserve the same respect or privileges as a person who can just block a sidewalk and go into the store to buy weed it’s pathetic and...
Read moreDO NOT go here. They are scumbags. I went in here for the first time thinking that the place looked cool. I had roughly $13 in cash to spend on a prerolls. The woman at the front desk seemed to really want to pressure me into looking at her recommendations instead of just going over to the rolls and deciding myself, like I'd originally intended. On good faith, I agreed to see what she picked. Though it was nothing I particularly wanted, she was very dismissive, almost condescending to me -- like I was a burden and wasting her time just being there. I got the impression that if I didn't just quickly move things along, things would become more difficult (the store was nearly empty). Essentially out of -- guilt? pressure? -- I just selected one of the rolls she highlighted and was charged $8.40. Not even a minute after the cash left my hand I regretted it and really did not want to smoke this strain. So I came back over to her and asked if I could choose something else. I am telling you: not even 60 seconds must've passed. She told me the deal was final and that there was no refunds; no exchanges. I mean the cash I'd given her was right there, the joint just handed to me. All I'd done was hold it in my hands and read the description on the back. Without even making eye contact she just dismissed me entirely, monotonely telling me my cash was now theirs. No empathy, no care for my concerns. I feel like I've been to a great number of dispensaries where the budtenders are interested in.. you know... tending to the customers? Not here. The closest feeling I could compare my mood to leaving the dispensary would be to one of those Wolf of Wallstreet victims -- just totally swept off my feet into a terrible deal then dumped to the curb the moment my cash was taken. I mean, I really felt robbed. Goodbye money, goodbye weed. First and last time I will...
Read moreVisiting Seattle this week. Went here, first time awesome experience, the woman got me exactly what aligned with my preferences - high cbd low thc indica and showed me a few options.
Came here again the next day, another lady and she seemed pretty rushed and with an attitude - told her the same preferences as I can get anxiety on thc - she got me high thc and zero cbd.. when I asked here if there is anything with thc and high cbd.. she said no they don’t have anything that is like that. Kinda annoyed because the first time I came, I was given 3 different options with my preferences.. now I couldn’t say to her “I know you are lying” or “you don’t know what your store has to offer” but I wish I had said “I was here yesterday and I got three diff options”.. the tone she used was a bit like I know my products but clearly she doesn’t because I had a more friendly welcoming not pushy person last time I came here and I felt like if I did say something back, it would make her feel embarrassed about working in the store.
Spent 10$ on a blunt that I don’t think is even close to what I wanted lol ugh wish I had said something in the moment but just be careful they will try to limit your selection especially if the person on the bar doesn’t know their blunts, they will influence your decision to buy something they think is right for you.. the First Lady didn’t give me that experience, the second one def did - go to the area where they have all the blunts listed and take a look and ask questions about products that are there rather than have them have full control of what they decide to show you and don’t get pulled in by the folks standing around the front part...
