It is really great to have this shop in Seattle. Growing up in a Spanish family, it has been really awesome to have a shop that has most of the staples we love from Spain. This shop stocks all of the options you would typically have to mail order and then some. They have authentic charcuterie options, like Jamón Serrano, Jamón Iberico, Chorizos, Morcilla, great conservas options, including Ortiz and Arroyabe tuna, Spanish olives and many other cheese and snack options. They also carry many Sherry and Manzanilla options, and also many different Port wine options as well. They also carry a large selection of Spanish wines. However, the new owners shared my appreciation for this place and are forging ahead, committed to authentic Spanish and French products that are not available elsewhere. Great French and Spanish wine selection, meats and cheeses, even real Iberico ham if this matters to you. It does to me! If I want to make Paella, all of the most important ingredients are here(save the fresh seafood and vegetables- which are a few steps away up to Pike Place Market). Seattleites should support this place....
