Went into Staples to drop off an Amazon return and was greeted by the most unfriendly employee I have ever come across. She seemed upset at the size of the box that I had brought in and after telling me ten times that the box doesn’t fit in their bin, I tried to explain to her that it was the box the product came in and showed her the QR code which had UPS on it. That was another problem as she began saying that the UPS store in their store was different than a regular UPS store and told me I was being stubborn about the return. The lady would not shut up and kept mumbling something under her breath directed at me. Had she been fired by Amazon at some point? Had a large Amazon box been dropped on her head earlier in the day and she was holding a grudge? That would explain a lot. Read moreToday I requested a representative to help recover two printers .. May have been two years at least I’ve not been able to use my copy machine.. The representative was Timothy Leahy.. I can’t begin to tell you what a pleasure to have him thoroughly explain to me what needed to be done and what updates I needed in ink cartridges . Etc … I can not begin to explain the details and precision he shared with me to understand what needed to be done ..Reinforcing any details to this aging senior citizen .. I needed to go to the store to pay for my bill and before I knew it he was but 5 min coming into the store and ended up choosing my new ink cartridges.

Read moreRecently I went in to Seekonk Staples to scan a large document. I had a bunch of issues with the document - for some reason the printers weren't retaining the document after the scans so we kept having to redo them. Two people helped me and I was impressed by how patient they were and how they kept trouble shooting the issue until finally the project got done. Danielle is awesome! I hope she gets a raise. : ) And the manager, Rob, was also awesome.
