For a high end store that sells makeup, perfume, hair, face, products ECT it was dirty and the test products area was extremely dirty and extremely unsanitary it was so gross that I was shocked to see it look the way it did and I personally would never try on anything to see after knowing that a million of people touched it and God what people did when touching them to try and if they have anything that's contagious definitely will catch COVID and again with it being a so called high end store that they should keep up with the cleaning of the test products to make it look presentable. Then there were no employees around if you wanted any help when I walked in there were least 5 just standing in the entrance doing nothing but talking with each other I saw only one cashier and there was a line for days and there was one employee roaming the floor not engaging with customers and looked like she did not want to be there and had a look on her face like don't bother to ask me for help and pretending to look like she was busy. This was my 4th time in a Sephora store and at different locations and each location I had the same experience. I don't think I will be going there for a 5th time or more to shop for beauty products I had a better experience at Ulta and will be shopping at Ulta...

I was at the store today and had a terrible experience with one of the associates (seems like she was racist) from the start I had placed an order online and my order was not ready to be picked up at the moment. Since I was near the store and decided to stop by asked if it was possible for me to pick up my item as I provided my confirmation number to the associate in a very respectful manner. She told me I had to wait my full 2 hrs until the order was ready because they are short staffed. The associate was just standing around doing absolutely nothing by the order pickup section. Stood there simply starring at me waiting for over an hour - was very careless and gave me the side eye look. I am a customer of sephora that has been shopping at sephora for many years and I don't deserve to be treated this way. If it happened to me it could be happening to other customer as well. Read moreThis is definitely not my favorite Sephora. First of all,it's small. Second of all, there are plenty of employees but not many who are interested in actually doing any work. Lots of people standing around while one person is run ragged. Also, I didn't check the other displays, but the Anastsia one is very poorly stocked. Either no tester or empty testers for many of the colors, and products disorganized and hard to find. I was going to get two different Brow Wiz's, and was basing the colors I wanted on the same colir name in other products because there were no testers. Then I couldn't find the colors I wanted even though I went through all the disorganized ones on display. So I looked in the drawer down below qnd found one of the two. An employee told me they "couldn't have me going through the drawer." In that case, put the stuff up where people can find it! I also told two people there were no testers for some of the colors. You would think they would do something about that. The whole point of Sephora is that you can test things. But no, this did not occur to them. Too much work? I'll just go to other Sephoras...
