Tried to leave the parking garage and haven't been there for awhile and didn't realize until I was in line to leave the garage that there is no longer a way to pay on the way out. I was stuck in line and can't exactly back up so I get up to the gate and call for assistance. I've never felt so guilty giving someone my hard earned money in my life. Some smug little snot came out and let me know that I'm obviously a complete moron not to know that they stopped taking payment there at the gate since April. He acted like he was doing me the biggest favor in the history of man by taking my money for freaking parking. God knows my $3 is making or breaking the U.S. economy. So as you can see I think parking in the garage is a last resort unless you are a masochist, and like to be talked down to by a 20 year old who didn't get accepted to community college and wasn't loved by...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really don't understand why people complain about the parking prices. This parking is the cheapest downtown, with other places being 14-17 dollars compared to the maximum 10 dollars. I would definitely rather pay 10 dollars than nearly 20 dollars.
There is also plenty of signs when I drive in telling me to take my ticket inside, as well as on the ticket itself and on the elevator door entrances. There is a huge one right when I drive in, so I don't know how people also miss that too....
Only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 is that it can be completely hectic in there during busy days. It can be super hard to find parking and sometimes the multiple levels can be completely confusing, so you might end up getting lost.
Otherwise every other complaint is on the customer themselves for not paying attention or knowing how to read, so I can't fault the...

Recently visited and they removed the pay booth at the exit...unbeknownst to me (apparently I missed the memo). I was forced to back around the parking garage (at the busiest time of day) and go back inside to pay! I offered to give the man at the gate double the cost for parking if he would just let me out! NOPE!!! Once I FINALLY found a spot I went inside. The girl at the desk was even more AWFUL! When I complained about my outside experience she responded "well that's too bad guess you should have seen the signs!" WOW! Thanks for the empathy!! Someone really needs to teach these people what the meaning of "customer service" is!...
