My Husband and I have been visiting Ann Bean for over 20 years. Through the years the owners have changed but the quality of ownership never changed. The house seems to call to owners who love being quality care takers of Ann Bean’s history and being high quality inn owners. We go to Ann Bean time again to experience the peace and joy that is needed to truly recharge your batteries. We close the blinds and have a wonderful breakfast delivered and just shut out the world for awhile. We look forward to going here as often as we can which is usually 1-2 times a year for as many days as we can fit in for a stay. I hope you give Ann Bean a try. My husband and I needed a mid-week break/getaway, and we couldn’t have picked a better place than the Ann Bean Mansion… the owner/host, Brian, was so welcoming (we were greeted with a glass of wine and a tour upon arrival!) and so accommodating- we really appreciated that he and his chef were able to create amazing non-dairy breakfast food for us! Read moreThe house is well-maintained and very clean! The owner is friendly and easily accessible for any issues. They even texted me to say that my room would be ready early if I wanted to come earlier.
The breakfasts were delicious! My room had a small refrigerator/freezer and microwave.
I wasn’t sure how much I would hear other guests coming and going (old houses), but the house is very quiet! I was pleasantly surprised by that.
