Pocono Soap — Attraction in Stroudsburg

this is by far my most beloved place to purchase body products from. a few years ago when i first stopped in i was completely astonished at how many wonderful products they carry aside from just soap, and everything is homemade and has very minimal ingredients, which i value. they have so many amazing body/room sprays, hand butters, lip balms, bath bombs, lotions, facial oils, cuticle salves, bars of soap, body scrubs etc. all of their scents smell so so amazing and they are one of a kind. i cannot compare this place to lush or bath and body works etc, because they stand out so brightly from the rest. you are getting amazing quality products, made with love and natural ingredients. their scents are seasonal so it's so fun to look forward to their autumn scents, winter/christmas scents etc. they also sell so many little trinkets aside from body products and fragrances. they sell crystals and gemstones, rings, necklaces, bracelets, scarves, fun socks, dog treats/apparel, wellness books, sage, mugs, local honey etc. i am so grateful to have such a wonderful local business i can support and tell others about. so many of my relatives in new york are obsessed with this shop as well and have told their friends about it and they've placed online orders during the pandemic. it makes me so happy to know other people love this shop as much as i do.

This is a small store full of wonderful scents, not just limited to soap products at reasonable prices. I even found a few scents I hadn't been able to get for a few years and they were potent. People were friendly and very accommodating. I loved it! UPDATE: Went again, three weeks later. They've decorated the place for Halloween and it looks really cute. I had only planned to buy a couple of soaps but one of my favorite scents was on sale so I had to stock up. My goodness, it's getting so I can't just come to PA without stopping by this place. My son loves it as well and has his own scents he is totally into. What I like the best is that the ingredients are very high quality. The hand butter make my hands extra soft and takes years off of them. The fragrances used in all their body sprays last a good long time. I just wish they dropped their prices on candles, as I would buy more of them. There's a complexion soap that's on my list for my next visit as well as an absolutely perfect wallet. I really enjoy this shop and the people attending you are very accommodating. Love this place! Can't wait to see what surprises are in store the next time I visit. Did I forget to mention jewelry? Pocono Soap is the kind of shop you wander into “just to browse” and then leave with a bag that could double as a workout weight. I first discovered it in summer 2024 and promptly shopped myself into blissful exhaustion. The staff are as warm and welcoming as the scents drifting through the air, and the store is perfectly arranged so you can easily meander from bath and skincare products to candles, stationery, and quirky little tchotchkes perfect for Pennsylvania souvenirs.

Every item I picked up smelled incredible, but the “Beach” line stole my heart--and, eventually, my coworker’s too after I gifted them some. When I saw it was back in stock this summer, I didn’t even hesitate before ordering online. Honestly, it’s probably a blessing that I live out of state, or I’d be in here every weekend.
