1*Soft shell crab. Disappointed.
5*Black Ramen soup (pork based) To die for.
3*Salmon Roe. Very mild. Very soft texture.
3*Uni/Sea Urchin. Very mild, very soft texture
5*Egg Omelet. Very good.
5*Fresh ground wasabi. Bang up job.
Second visit:
Bluefin Sushi & Ramon Bar. Brodie & S Mopac (Academy Shopping Center near Chipotle)

5*Tonkotsu RED Ramon $14, both the black and red tonkotsu are fab. The red is made with a spicy coconut milk broth.
5*Fatty Salmon $8, excellent flavor, poorly cut.
3*Bluefin Tuna $9, My first bluefin. I have nothing to compare it against. It had a strong fishy undertone. I'm inclined to say it wasn't fresh.
5* Small warm Gekleikam sake $6, a nice way to wait for my carryout.

   Read moreIt was way over crowded with merchandise the clothing racks were so over stuffed that it was dam near impossible to even look at the clothing so I gave up on clothes shopping and the jewelry was the same way just stacked up on each other over flowing off the shelves as well as the purses. It was extremely overwhelming and even more frustrating that it was so over stocked you couldn't even look at anything with out fighting to keep things on there hooks there shelves and you had to fight hangers all clumped together to look at clothes. It was horrible and myself and several other customers were striking up conversations about it they were just as frustrated. It bears a quiet, intimate setting with a close and personal chats of all-things- good-for-you with farmers, bakers, artisans, etc. Ur not pushed for the sale or the-hurry-up-n-move-so-I-can-see by other patrons.
