I am so mad at this store that I could spit! I just spent over $150, which I know is nothing to them, but it's a lot to me. I asked for assistance carrying a ream of paper to the car, and believe it or not they were NOT ALLOWED TO HELP ME. My sister is handicapped and I had to help her to the car. Then what do I do with a cart full of a ream of paper? They expect me to do what? Leave her in the car? (it's 109 degrees) Leave the ream of paper in the parking lot? (So someone can take it) I'm just not sure which. So I lost my patience (quickly) and decided to wheel the cart with the paper back into the store and return it. Fortunately, Anthony, who is an employee at the store, sensing my frustration, asked his manager for permission to leave the store and help me load the paper. WHAT IN THE WORLD? An employee is no longer allowed to help a customer with their purchases? Their "policy" might needs to be re-examined because customer service needs to be their number 1 priority...
Read moreI ordered the next day business cards because I needed them fast, I expected that they might not be as nice because they're made in store, I told them what I wanted which was my company logo on the front "with the logo to fill the entire area" meaning as large as possible but what I got was tiny stretched out logo and it just looks terrible, since I needed them that day I did not want to wait for new ones so I ordered some to be sent out for printing but the woman was very rushed and told me she'd call me to take the order because she had other customers (am I not one?) This was for a new order. My husband has ordered copies of blueprints and they have also messed that up, I usually come here because it's close to home but I think I will try another place as I think they need to work on their customer service and...
Read moreWhenever I walk into Office Max I cannot walk 10 feet without their helpful staff asking me if I've found everything I am looking for. I have also been using their copy/print services quite extensively and they have gotten me through in a pinch every time!
Bad news travels faster than good news...so just wanted to let my good news try to balance out a little of the bad reviews I'm seeing on here. Everyone has a bad day sometimes, we never know the circumstances. It's our responsibility to be understanding and move through life in a positive way.
Honestly speaking, I have had only good interactions with this business and they have shown almost and over eager staff willing to help with customer service. I like to walk the aisles and look at all of the new stuff.
