What happened to this place is just extremely disappointing and I will never come back. I bought day passes online with food included, when we got there I brought my own cooler and was told I had to purchase a cooler pass to enter which is $20, why this is not included with the premiere bundle is beyond me. I spent well over $200 only to be gouged again at the park, this wouldn't have been an issue for me if it wasn't for the obvious disrepair the park is in. Most of the umbrellas at the tables are completely missing which are mostly the only forms of non paid for places of shade at the park besides a couple of trees so finding any reasonable sitting area is difficult clearly incentivizing people to buy a cabana. Why with this added fee of $20 per cooler can they not fix the umbrellas at the table or even plant some trees for shade? Its just pure greed to me and an obvious incentive to spend more money. Any other water park in Texas provides plenty of shade for guests. The walkway from the kids area to the junction to the lazy river and wave pool has absolutely no shade at all causing anyone to burn their feet on the sweltering concrete which is oddly enough right in front of the cabanas, so the people who had paid for shade and a fan can watch as people burn their feet as they walk past. Also, the bridge had an awning over it last year and I noticed it was removed probably due to the same reasons listed. Clearly the only thing the owners of this park care about is your money not your experience. Next, is the "food" at this park. The food they serve in jail or a high-school cafeteria has better tasting food and service than this place. For the food voucher it is CAPPPED at $10 which includes either a burger, hotdog, chicken fingers or nachos and chips and a drink. Want pizza? Nope want fries? Nope not included. The food quality is horrible but I won't go into detail about that. It was cold and disgusting. Now let's go over the service. They literally have no one that I could tell over the age of 19 serving food. Their attitudes were as horrible as the food they were serving. My wife went to order the food and we tried to order tea. "We out". Pepsi? "We outta dat too". Barbeque chips? "We outta dat". Right as she said it another girl comes out and brings us a bag of barbecue chips from the bac. So did you just lie to us? What is this place? Out of Pepsi and tea at 1 pm on a Friday when the park is not even close to capacity. HOW? We were not rude and understanding why is this child with this horrible attitude working here. We finally ordered our drinks and it was a lot to carry, the girl told us there were no carriers in the most rudest and snoodiest way possible. What? How? Then another girl comes out with a drink carrier and the girl that helped us originally told us "you better bring that back". We went back to our area and were lucky enough to find a table with an umbrella still attached. On the way I overheard an employee talking about how they were underpaid an overworked. How shocking. At the park we told a manger about the food service and he was probably the same age as the kids working the food and he reluctantly told us he would "go talk to them". There are bugs in the lazy river that bit my daughter 4 or 5 times causing her to break out. There are rocks in the wave pool that cut another child's feet. The waves in the pool are seldom. We joked about a money machine someone had to deposit in order to turn the waves on. A third of the slides are also inoperable so your value is now cut down again. Another example of how much a scam this place is in value. I called customer service on Saturday to tell a manager about my experience and they directed me to another location instead of the one I requested and talked to their manager about my experience and he would "forward it over and have their manager call me today or tomorrow." I have yet to get a call back. There are many water parks in Texas to visit and if this one is on your list disregard it completely.

I visited on a hot May Sunday and found a cozy, no-fuss waterpark perfect for families. Free parking, tubes, and early entry made for a smooth start. The wave pool surprised us with solid swells, the lazy river was relaxing, and kids loved the water fort. Thrill rides are limited, though—teens might max out in a few hours. The staff were friendly and alert, and while food prices crept up (expect $14 for a burger basket), bring your own straws cause they will not give disposable straw or lids for their soda purchases but they will give multiple straws when you purchase their adult coctail drinks at the tiki bar. The portions were good. Shade fills fast, so arrive early to snag a spot. Watch out for swarming flies and birds when ppl start leaving food out when they step away from their food! Season passes make sense if you’re local. A few tweaks—like more fans in line and smoother slide seams—would improve things, but overall, it’s a solid spot for a laid-back summer escape. Bring sun screen, water shoes and long like at the changing rooms during peak hours or before meal time. Not a mega-park, but it nails the neighborhood vibe. **Beat the summer heat at Hawaiian Waters in The Colony!** With a Pogo Pass, enjoy one FREE admission to Hawaiian Waters/Falls along with access to over 20 other local attractions. - 💦 Drift along the lazy river - 🌟 Zip down exhilarating water slides - 💧 Ride the dynamic wave pool - 🤸‍♀️ Explore the interactive water play structure - 🍦 Grab delicious treats on-site - 👦 Fun for every age! **Ticket Prices:** - Adults and children taller than 48 inches: $34 - Children under 48 inches: $28 (when purchased online in advance; gate prices are higher) **Location:** Hawaiian Waters 📍 4400 Paige Rd, The Colony, TX 75056

DO NOT COME TO THIS WATER PARK!! First off let me start by saying that this place is horrible!! This past Saturday my sister and I went to this Hawaiian falls along with our kids. During the first hour it was going fine then we went to the lazy river and after 10 min we were told to get out. The life guard told us all late and so we were struggling to swim back towards the stairs to get out along with a few other people. We then later found out that someone did the number 2 inside the water! We decided to go to the area where there are some basket ball hoops and an obstacle course along with a volley ball area outside to the left of the pool. My sister then takes my son towards the obstacle course and asks one of the lifeguards there if she could go inside the water to help my son get through the obstacle course because my son has a disability. The lifeguard gave her permission and so as my son started the obstacle course there was a little boy holding onto the rope and moving it up and down so that my son could fall off while going across the obstacle the lifeguard watched and my sister asked the lifeguard to say something to the kid and nothing was said. So then my sister tells the boy to stop because my son was afraid minutes later the mother of that kid comes up to my sister, very rudely without asking questions telling her to not talk to her child that way, as we tried to explain to her what her child was doing, she did not wanna hear us out as we were being very patient and nice with her. She started getting very aggressive towards us pushing my sister and while I was trying to get in between so that she wouldn’t hit my sister another person came along and got into my face asking me what the eff am I going to do to her wife?!? Them I saw that all her family was coming from Cabana #’s 20 & 21. The 2 chicks then started pushing my sister and I and one of them grabbed my sisters sunglasses off her face and through them on the ground. During all of this commotion every one was staring and nothing was DONE! A life guard named Mason said that he blew his whistle so that his manager would come but not even the manager or ANY ONE came even after everything was over! NO MANAGERS OR SECURITIES OR AT LEAST ONE OFFICER ON SIGHT!! This place needs to atleast give a few of the staff member’s some walkie talkies to communicate with their staff for emergencies like these! This was not a fun day at all for all of us! The worst part is that our 5 kids that were with us witnessed all of it! Never going back to this place! If I could rate it...
