I want to give 100 stars to this location. They made me the happiest person in the world yesterday (7/14/19). I have a largely unknown allergy to Black Pepper, which makes going out to eat nearly impossible. But yesterday we went into In n out with the hopes that I might find something to eat. And we asked " with vague hope" if their burgers were pre-seasoned. They said Nope. So then with a little more hope we asked if they added seasoning after. They said yes, but they could absolutely make one without seasoning. MY eyes lit up and I quickly ordered a double double. The manager "whose name I didn't catch" and the cashier Jay (I believe), instantly made sure that everyone knew this burger has an allergy and had to be seasoning free. As we continued ordering for my husband and son, the older gentleman that was standing there asked if my son wanted a hat like his. Which he happily said yes. After all was said and done, my burger and fries with no seasoning and in its own little bag, and my son with his hat strolled out with happy smiles on our faces. And of course I scarfed that burger down faster than a copperhead scarfs down a cicada. I want to give a great big thank you to the young men that I had the pleasure of being served by at the Colony In-n-out. Thank you so much for making me the happiest girl...
Read moreOk I generally only give least or most stars on a review to warn or praise and never mess with in between I just choose to not review in between but this place is so busy I decided to give it another go and same results. First off right next to this place is a culver's that has way more options and is the chick-fil-a of a fast food hamburger options . That being said and being a meat eating alpha male that will eat bambie and I do! the fries from In N Out are on par with the worst fries I have ever had they were spongy I could only say like freeze dried then wetted and then fried not even edible. now you are only given a choice of fry's or a hamburger and not mayonnaise but the only sauce is sweet with relish and men do not eat relish and the Burger actually would have been a top notch fast food Burger if not for that. the toasted and chewy bun was ok the meat and cheese as well and the grilled onions otherwise this place would have been a one star. As a honest reviewer that travels but only chooses to review bad or best this is a first for me I will never go back but am very curious how they stay busy and can only guess the people that like ketchup can appreciate the sweet of the special sauce the burgers otherwise is not bad if I ordered it dry and brought my own mayonnaise. Take this opion...
Read moreMy wife & I had a taste for burgers, so we decided to grab some In & Out Burger.
I drove up to a busy location in The Colony. The line was long, but not too bad of a wait at 12 o'clock on a Sunday.
At the window: I placed my order for two number 2s. Two shakes with one being chocolate and the other strawberry.
At home: We opened the bag to their famous wrapping of the burgers and uncovered french fries. This concept works when you are eating in the restaurant, but not for take-out. Just imagine having your food exposed to the elements while you're driving home. That's just a big No No...
Ready to indulge: The burgers look scrumptious, but the burgers were tasteless. My wife's burger was cold & sloppy. The fries were cold and harder than pork skins. It appeared that we probably received the bottom portion of an old batch. This can't be fresh 😒
But, how is that possible on a busy day? Why would you serve someone teeth breaking fries? Are y'all check the temperatures or quality of the food? Did you cook the food ahead of orders? We deserve an answer! This can give someone food poison 😡
Y'all really missed the mark completely! #renownednot!!
I'm done with "In...
