Del Amo Crossing — Attraction in Torrance

I do not use the gym. I had an office in the tower since 2016. However power outages at night scrambled my computers. And frankly, I am just listing the high points. Oh, parking is pretty terrible too. But what really cause me to leave a one-star review, besides the fact that Yelp does not use negative numbers when reviewing merchants, is the fact that the tower is nearly empty, notwithstanding management's claim the building is 73% filled. Even if that figure was accurate, it does not speak well for what is allegedly on of the best locations in Torrance. Management will gouge you, and has been generally unresponsive to tenant needs. I am not mentioning my own particular situation, but on each floor in 21515 at least half the suies are vacant. Think about why that would be the case!

Went to vist finacial planner, thevparking for the building is confusing at best, and difficult at worse. Definately not clear where you go until you have been there a couple of times.
