Visited Rockefeller estate with my parents and decided to get lunch at this place. Nice view, food was good but terrible service. Horrible. We had a waiter that would disappear for long periods. When you finish eating they do not find it necessary to take away dirty plates. Ordered coffee, our waiter disappeared again. 20 min later had to go looking for him. Saw the manager and explained to him a situation and he did not even find it necessary to apologize for the inconvenience. The funny part it was not even busy. They had 3 tables with people. Anyway they do not care about their customers. We were having a great day and really enjoying our day off until we decided to stop at this place. I did not ask for anything extra crazy. All I wanted is to get coffee and have the dirty plates taken away but apparently that is way too much to ask for. I am giving 2 stars only bc...
Read moreWe came up from LI looking for a place to eat near the water. We were recommended Sunset cove. So we got here and decided to eat outside. I ordered the grilled tuna tacos that came with fries. Also ordered the Garden salad wth grilled chicken. The server said "oh they wash their hands". I was like oh that's not acceptable. That's disgusting!!. And the salad was rotten. Vegetables And lettuce leaves were wilted and moldy. Quite disgusting. However, the manager at Sunset Cove was nice enough to give us a refund. I'll never eat outside again at this...

By 6:15 the place was filling up and lots of groups were waiting. I can totally appreciate that everyone is short staffed right now, but with a little organization they could avoid a good chunk of issues. It looked like there was one fairly new server for an area of 15 tables. It was super...
