Edited on 9/30/2024: After posting my review, Ashes into Glass reached out and fixed the damaged pendant. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and alleviated my concerns. I appreciate their customer service and attention to detail.
It is a beautiful necklace and one I will wear for a very long time. Thank you, Ashes into Glass, for standing behind your products and replacing the pendant for me.
Original post: I’ll start off this review by saying I love my necklace, and like most reviews on this page, I was extremely happy when I received it two years ago. However, I am asking Ashes to Glass to stand behind their craftsmanship.
I purchased this necklace about two years ago after the death of my beloved horse, and a few days ago, I noticed the pendant was wearing through already. When I contacted Ashes into Glass about this, I was told this was just normal “wear and tear” and it would be around $130 to repair the metal. This necklace is 14k gold. Wearing out in less than two years is not supposed to happen. I have not been difficult on this necklace (clean it regularly, take it off when swimming, etc).

Read moreI manage Kostanski Funeral Home in Greenfield & Turners Falls, MA. We recently started working with Ashes into Glass and immediately had a family who ordered three necklace pieces of their loved one. They were blown away with the quality and special handling of their loved one's cremains. It will be a treasure to hold onto forever! Beautiful job and wonderful company to work with who will guide you every step of the way. They even check in every step of the way letting you know when the cremains were received, when they were shipped to their workshop in England, when the pieces were completed and sent back to New York for being gift wrapped beautifully and shipped back to us to give to our family. I highly recommend Ashes into glass for anyone who wants a unique and lovely way to cherish...
Read moreI lost my beloved husband of over 51 years this past January. To say I was devastated is an understatement.
My daughter heard about Ashes into Glass and after researching it, I knew I wanted some of my husband's ashes made into a ring that I could wear next to my wedding rings.
I couldn't be more happy with my beautiful ring! It far exceeded my expectations! The whole process was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They sent everything we needed to package and send the ashes ... it only takes a very small amount of ashes and the extras were returned. They emailed me when they received the ashes and when the ring was finished and being sent to me. Delivery was only three days.
I can't say enough good things about Ashes into Glass.
