Just walked out of this store in disbelief. Customer service at this location is horrendous. The moment employes hear you have a return, they dont want to be bothered. Managers all of a sudden busy and you're just standing there dumbfounded. Anyhow, I received a card holder for mothers day, which I never even took it out of the box. I realized I'm not in love with it and would prefer to have YSL card holder instead. Yes, sometimes it takes you a minute, or, in my case, 3 months to realize it's not "yours". When I looked at the receipt, it clearly stated in bold, you have 365 days to return. Guess what? That is not the case. Right below that huge paragraph, not in bold, there is the Gucci's return policy -14 days. Deceiving no? I think so. The store manager basically told me too bad too sad, sorry you feel that way. He then proceeded to inspect the card holder almost under magnifying glass (because he felt like I was lying to him, when i said i haven't used it). After thorough inspection, I was offered an exchange for something else, but AS A FINAL SALE. Thanks, but no thanks, I will be taking my money elsewhere- YSL and Chanel. As for this card holder, I'm sure I'll be able to sell it on facebook or poshmark. Even if...
Read moreCustomer service is non existent at this store. I walked in and spotted the item I came to purchase. I waited 10 minutes while there were 2 customer service representatives in the store. No greeted or attended to me. Tall man finished up a sale and proceed to fix belts and did not ask if I needed help. Both representatives made eye contact with me multiple times and even offered another customer water. I left the store disappointed.
The issue here is that because of my age and the way I was dressed (sweats and a hoodie) representatives assumed I could not afford or was not there to purchase anything. You are attended to based on your age and how you are dressed in this store. Word of advice: treat every customer with respect, Gen Z customers are making 6 figures and coming to shop but because we are not wearing heels, suit and dresses, our business is not respected. Truly disgusted by the experience I had...
Read moreI shop at the Roosevelt Field store all the time, and I was excited to see that there was finally a Gucci Store inside of Bloomingdale’s.. Unfortunately, my time spent in the store was a horrible one.. The customer service in the store was below average.. I was treated as if I wasn’t good enough to shop in the store..
AMANI was the sales representative that made me feel extremely uncomfortable.. I decided to to go to another Gucci store that was 1.5 hours away just to purchase a bag and belt that was available in both stores.. Treat your guests with Respect and Dignity if you want to have repeat business!!
AMANI was a...
