Customer service is awful here. My boyfriend and I came on four different occasions to make the same return. The first time we were told by the assistant manager the ring he had ordered did not come in despite showing her the email saying it was supposed to arrive that day. We came back later once he received an email saying the shipment had arrived. When we came back the assistant manager rolled her eyes upon our entrance. She then told us she didn't receive anything until we pulled up the tracking email. She then said there were too many shipments and she wouldn't have time. We came back two additional times once told the system was down and the next the helpful man was trying to work it out with customer service. On our fourth visit, a sales associate told us the system was down and we would have to come back. We refused as it seemed to be the same story. The manager and an associate were able to assist us. When I mentioned I wanted to upgrade my ring, he recommended I come back during one of their special event days (which only happen four times a year), and I’m so glad I did! With the help of their expert jeweler and Sam’s guidance, I found the most beautiful new ring — and even added a gorgeous pair of earrings.

What impressed me most was that Sam never rushed or pushed me. He gave me all the time I needed to look, ask questions, and make my decision. His patience, kindness, and professionalism made this a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

I am not a review type of person but when I receive exceptional service I must spread the amazing views/work of another I have been a customer of this store for a little while now an I must say I feel honored and was really amazed by Mr Sam I thank god for introducing me to him this gentle man his service is beyond this world yes I said it beyond this world patience understanding communication just to name a few.
