Butterfly Garden Spa — Attraction in Town of North Hempstead

Came here yesterday: I'm a regular , but I just haven't updated my review. Just dissapointed on the service. Prices have increased dramatically, and the worst part is how the lady forces you to tip a certain amount per person that assisted you.... are you kidding me, like it's not expensive already. So if you do package...be aware...(there's a minimum tip they force on you) This is for the owner who reads this: "a Tip is a gift or a sum of money tendered for a service performed or anticipated, it is voluntary." You don't force a gift/tip ever! came here for a scrub and message package with my loved ones. The ladies at the scrub are very rude and pushy. They don't give you privacy (especially in thy hot tub). They rush you from one thing to another... it's not relaxing at all. The whole point is for me and my loved ones to have a relaxing spa experience.... why are you rushing us and being rude and speaking in Korean loudly.... The best part was the message by Tina, she was incredible....but again.... either the owner/ front desk lady or one of the staff members comes in during my message and loudly speaks to Tina in Korean to hurry up and finish....yes, I understand Korean. Thanks for making us overpay and give us not a relaxing experience (change the title from butterfly spa to Korean spa). You're not gentle as butterflies. Ps: the dry suana is not a real suana, it's electric and just heats the floor... with flurocent lights.... . . . Original review: I loved this spa, and I highly recommend it. I love this place so much. Definitely best spa in the area in my opinion. This place is so beautiful nature like and very relaxing. Can’t find a spa like this anywhere else. Don’t come here if you’re not willing to spend or afford for great services. They are very transparent about gratuity minimum.. most places aren’t as transparent as they are. All the staffs here are very friendly and welcoming as always. I got a scrub 1 hour massage but I extended it to 90 minute and a hydro anti aging facial and they’ve always done such an amazing job. My body after scrub always feels so airy, refreshed and clean. I had knots on my upper and lower back and they helped me relieve it and the dry sauna is so good after massage. Just top tier services. The facials are definitely a great game changer for sure. I always left feeling like a brand new person and the big difference in my skin is phenomenal. If you want your skin to improve you need to keep up with the facials here because it really is very life changing feeling and the results is outstanding giving a confidence boost for sure. Unprofessional and not clean. No sheets on beds you lay on towels with throw blankets from Marshall’s. I walked in no one showed me around of told me anything I had to find someone to get a robe no one spoke English I asked which shoes were clean there was a bunch lined up and she said these clean these dirty (pointing to right side of the line and left side like who tf knows if ANY were even clean??) threw me in a room didn’t say anything like who would be massaging me or to get under the sheet for them but there was no sheet just a giant paper towel So I got under it and the woman said no no no up and smacked my naked butt after she ripped the paper towel off and made me stand up in front of her butt naked to put the paper towel back down on bed. Then st the end she didn’t give me privacy to put my robe back on she took the paper towel off me again and made me stand up naked and she wrapped me in the robe so humiliating and uncomfortable then at check out I was informed that there’s a tipping minimum how is that even legal??? So I had to leave a tip even though I didn’t want to. I would never go back here ever. No spot for soiled linnens so who knows if anything was clean and the robe they gave me to wear was damp like someone had been already wearing it. No customer service no decency 0...
