I purchased jewelry in lake grove Ny . I needed some jewlery fixed and a battery in my watch replaced ! I never really wore the watch a few times to a couple of weddings. The very young lady who helped me could not find my purchases but she was persistent until she found them ! She took pics of my jewelry and was going to send my watch out also to get a battery and be sealed for water resistant ! It is a Levian white ceramic watch ! I was telling her about the $8000 Levian watch with chocolate diamonds I saw in this store , Then an older worker male with an accent walked over and said that watch does not have to go out for repair it does not have to be sealed . We can repair the watch put battery in it ! Then he walked over to another employee male to confirm it can be fixed in the store ! He then took the watch in the back . The young lady helping said I had a watch warranty and I have no charge . She had some jewelry cleaned for me and bagged my other jewelry for repair. When the older gentleman returned with the watch. I said thank you!! Then he said I know the watch you were talking about (the $8000 watch) and he said I can get that watch for you .He must-have forgot the young lady was helping me. To shorten the story. I noticed the watch was darker on the face than when I put on some eye glasses It appeared really dirty for a watch I did not wear. I didn't want my back casing all scarred up that's why I came to where I purchased! I remember the black ceramic and I believe there was a cream color off white ceramic levian watch. My watch was snow white! Well anyway this watch does not look the same! It does not look white all ceramic! I contacted LEVIAN to ask does the watch change color over time? I do not remember a crack on the inside of bracelet. Judge for your self this does not look like my watch the design on interior of watch appears to have design on inside wall of watch ! Judge for your self also casing is scratched a lot it should be flawless I wore it with the plastic still sealed on silver case! The lady who helped me was excellent I have a problem with the watch! Absolutely terrible! I went in the morning on April 5th 2025. The lighting is so bad, that you can't see a diamond unless you use the flashlight on your phone! The saleswoman said that they just renovated the store; however, the lighting was way high up in the ceiling. They don't have "jewelry store" lighting! I was looking at a large, oval, lab grown-diamond, and asked why I could see an inclusion with my naked eyes. She assured me that lab-grown diamonds "don't have flaws", which is a complete lie! Of course they do! What I was seeing, was actually a shadow from the setting below, but she didn't have enough knowledge to explain this. She took the diamond to a diamond scope, for me to take a closer look; however, there was still not enough light to clearly see. I wasn't happy, and complained about the lighting again, because if I am looking to spend well over $5K, I should at least be able to see what I am buying! Then she rudely told me that she didn't care to discuss the lighting anymore, because she had other customers to tend to. Unbelievable! So disrespectful! Naturally, I stormed out of the store! They obviously want uneducated consumers, so they can literally keep them in the dark! They are NOT diamond experts! They are common salespeople! Go to Helzberg at the mall and see Kevin. He is a diamond expert! And they actually have jewelry store lighting, just in case you want to see what you are buying! Stay...

I don't normally write reviews, but the treatment I've received here from the moment I walked in to the second I left, I had no choice but to write one. All of the staff members are extremely pleasant and greet you very nicely. The entire time I was here, everyone was just so kind and do their best to make you feel that you're in good hands. Abi, is the most amazing person I've ever worked with. She will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with any piece you're buying, and I couldn't appreciate her more. Rick, who fixes jewelry here, will do the best in his ability to make sure you're leaving here satisfied. I could not be more grateful and thank these two enough for making sure I'm happy and content with any piece of jewelry that I'm buying here. Words can't even express how appreciative I am of Abi and Rick. I knew I was in the best hands with them, and I'm so grateful for the entire staff and their kind ability to help get you where you need to be as soon as you walk in here. As for Abi and Rick, they will do everything they can to make sure you're leaving with exactly what you want, and that's what I admire about them, which is that they truly care for their customers' happiness and want you leaving here knowing that you're in good hands.
