有米酸奶 Yomie's Rice X Yogurt Southcenter — Attraction in Tukwila

It seems to be no one ever worked here. This has been the third time I drove 2 hours to this place. From previous experience, I called ahead of time (@6:17pm) the guy on the phone said “we close at 9:00pm) I arrived (@7:20) waited 45 minutes and haven’t seen anyone returns to work. The shop is still open, since, the counter wasn’t clean, ingredients are uncovers and a half finished drink. For curiosity, I came to Mochinut next door and worker there said they only see one person working at a time and the person taking lots of breaks. It’s now 8:30pm, I still haven’t seen anyone and the mall closes at 9:00pm. I feel like the operator doesn’t value customer’s experience or even care as much as I adore the brand and drinks. If they close early due to unavoidable reason, it should be some note somewhere said “sorry, we close early…” if you don’t care for your business, might as well just close...

The reviews for this place seem to be really hit or miss. I must have been lucky, I got my order pretty fast. The process to order was super simple. My yogurt drink tasted delicious. They also didnt complain when I asked if they. Would add a little bit of an additional flavor. Thats a bonus for good customer service. Idk what else to say besides the prices are great.

As far as im concerned this is my new favorite place to get a cool blended drink in this mall. It even gives a few of my favorite places outside of the mall a run for their money. Im excited to come back one day and try another one of their other drinks. It took me a while to choose because several options seemed like it would be...

I came to mall at 11:15 am because on website, it says they open at 11 am but there’s nobody until 11:23 am but I was planning on waiting for them anyways because I drive 30 miles just to get the purple rice drink. Someone showed up at 11:23 am and I was hi whenever you’re ready I would like to order and he rolled his eyes. I understand he’s prolly late and he must be not in good mood but I didn’t appreciate that. I was so excited to for my drink and he messed up my mood too. I was standing there the whole time but he was on his phone, the drink was ready and he didn’t say a word. And left again with his trolly and walking...
