Michael will ask you a few questions about what you like and say “Got it.” This is the moment that he seems to waive a magic wand and create a concoction out of spirits, house made bitters, and syrups that is perfect. He knows exactly what you want to drink even if you don’t know. Everyone should try it. We sat there for a few hours trying cocktails. I would recommend not just asking for an old fashioned or a cosmo. Tell the bartender you like a certain cocktail and want a new riff on it. They will assess your preferences and make something better than you would order on your own. They have a library of over 500 cocktails. They have staff that comes in and preps the ingredients for the cocktails before they open like a kitchen for a restaurant. All of their ingredients besides the liquor are made in house.
