This specific district is cool. You can tell they are trying to work on making it a hip spot. There were a handful of restaurants and some shops and the Woody Guthrie museum and a park. My sister and I enjoyed shopping and strolling through the First Friday art walk! It was so full of colorful, happy people and music. Then, surprise! A free ballet performance in the park with the city lights as our background!...
